Exactly what I wanted
I was able to get a quote, guidance on item availability, rush delivery, and received items as promised. There was a personal connection when I had questions, and a direct phone call when I decided to add additional items. There is a large selection, and I felt reassured that USFastPrint could stand by their products, shipping time table to help us have a great tabling event with short notice. They were also less expensive than comparable items from bigger named promotional items companies. They were super friendly with whom to deal and made the transaction feel like a home town small business. It makes me want to trust them for all my promotional and gift needs In the future. Kudos! Quality product for a reasonable price.

Eric at US Fast Print was absolutely…
Eric at US Fast Print was absolutely amazing. I originally placed an order online and selected delivery, not realizing the company was right here in Phoenix. Eric personally gave me a call, explained the situation, and went out of his way to cancel and re-order my marketing materials for pickup—saving me hundreds of dollars in the process.
On top of that, he extended a discount for being a retired Air Force veteran, just like him, which meant a lot. When we arrived to pick up the order, he welcomed us with a full tour of the facility and even introduced us to the owner.
The whole experience was true first-class service from start to finish. Eric turned a simple order into a memorable experience and definitely gained a lifetime customer in the process.
