Very bad return service
Very bad return service,bought 3 items after trying, fitting was bigger for me. Was going return them and get one size smaller I've contacted customer service which was Ai after given all the information, I've been told someone from customer will be in touch next day working hours, unfortunately no one has been in touch, I've been talking to there Ai for two day to sort the return I was unsuccessful. Now I've got 3 one size bigger item which is no good for me.

Shocking company to deal with, I ordered a lot of items and wanted to send back a couple but sorting out a return is a disaster, they even then offered free postage to return but then told me please pay £5.99 to return , absolute joke! Please think twice before ordering from them!
Well made clothing at a good price point
Ordered 2 funnel tops last Friday for which an order confirmation was promptly received. Received an order update on Wednesday that the items had shipped for which a tracking number was provided, so I could track its delivery progress myself. Order arrived following Friday. Products superb quality for the price and definitely worth waiting a week for.
Actually quite refreshing to not be bombarded with progress updates by email/text for a change!
I didn’t have to return/exchange anything nor did I have to engage with Customer Services, as it was a straightforward order.
We will be redeeming the 20% discount off our next order. Thank you very much.

The worst experience I have ever had from order placing to returns and then refund. Their CS is not even based in the UK and NO you can’t call either. Email only and it’s answered from US based CS. It’s circus act, clowns are running the outfit, not a clue abd no one talks to each other.
Literally had to go back and forth for weeks to get a refund and that’s not all amount of repeated request they kept making for information already submitted. To get a response to your original query you have to send a new email to CS because no one replies to the thread of emails you’ve already sent and received from them.
They are truly operating in 1890’s, honestly AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE! I have all the emails to hand to prove their utter incompetence. Buy other designer brands (these are not even designer) where you’ll be able to talk to a person should something needs to be out right.
Luckily I kept all records of returns or otherwise it was curtains. AVOID

Rubbish return policy
Rubbish return policy. I ordered a jacket and returned it paying the postage myself. Meanwhile they sent me a duplicate jacket. I wanted to return it after 3 emails they finally understood I wasn't paying to send it back and they sent a label. Now the cheeky blighters have deducted the cost of the postage for the second jacket from my refund of the first. You couldn't make it up! Avoid them like the plague.

When they don’t fit, you pay to have them sent back. Also, if you want to exchange, they won’t. You have to create a new order and pay the large amount of postage yet again. Interesting, as their sizes are made up sometimes up sending them back.
In addition, their emails are run by AI, so you get nowhere with them! A con trick!

Absolutely pathetic customer service and return and refund! I returned an article using the return label through the website, after 10 days of no update, i contacted them by email and was told to contact the parcel service as they hadn't received my return at the warehouse. I then contacted Royal Mail and was informed that the parcel has been lost, and I should again contact US POLO. And now it's been more than 3 weeks of constantly contacting them via emails for refund , but NO UPDATE!!! SO FRUSTRATING .

Worst service never seen such a worst service in my whole life. I have returned the item for order USPA101187, the customer care was asking me the tracking even u have generated the tracking label from them. U only contacted after getting the email confirmation saying it’s delivered. It’s been more than a month since the item had reached to warehouse still waiting for refund u am keep chasing then for refund. Do I expect this kind of service

BE WARNED. I returned my items on January 22nd, 2024, as confirmed by their notification email, and yet here I am over a month later, still waiting for my refund.
Despite multiple follow-ups and over a mint later, I was told the warehouse had "cleared" the return, and the refund was being processed, but no explanation was given for the excessive delay. As a customer, I find this completely unacceptable.
More importantly, this delay is illegal under Section 20(15) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that a retailer must issue a refund within 14 days of receiving returned goods. U.S. Polo Assn. UK has failed to comply with this legal requirement, forcing me to chase them for money that should have been returned weeks ago.
Meanwhile, I am being charged interest on my credit card due to this delay, while U.S. Polo Assn. UK effectively holds onto my money—likely gaining interest in their own accounts at my expense. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. If a customer were late on a payment, they would be penalised, so why is it acceptable for a company to delay refunds without consequences?
It’s frustrating to have to repeatedly follow up, and the level of service I’ve received falls well below what I expect from a company of this size. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise you to consider alternatives

I have got an email that the company received my returned item and everything is good and it started the refund which will be showen in my account after 5-7 working days.
I quietly waited and after 7 working days I decided to contact the company to see what is going on.
I was surprised to see that is no Customer service phone number, is just a form to fill in. Followed that and I received a quickly a response with apologies that have not received my item back.
I was surprised because I have got an email that the company received it. I replied to the email with a screenshot of confirmation email in which the company stated that they have got the item and started the refund, but SURPRISE! The email bounced back that the company didn’t approve the reply 🤦♀️
This missing communication way, the onerous customer service and refund procedure fade the quality of the items.
I will give up buying and not recommending to my friends.

Contacted customer service and spelt out exactly what I’d done and the issue only to get a reply telling me to go to the return portal and enter your order number starting with USPA. That is what I was doing and had told them.
I have messaged twice since then and had no reply.
Eventually managed to get a Royal Mail return label or so I thought, it’s a QR code, I mean I can’t stick a QR code to my parcel to return it. Upon querying this I have to go to a certain post office to scan the QR code to print a label to send it.
Why not just give me a label I can stick to my parcel and take to my post office 2 minutes walk away.
I now have to make a 30 mile round trip to go to this post office. That will cost £10 in fuel. I’ve already paid £5.99 for the return which is fine I knew about this.
The trousers are worth £20 so it’s hardly worth me going to all this expense to return the item. Maybe that’s their plan!
I like the clothes but I will never order from this site again.
Other companies give you the return label and deduct the return costs from the refund once the return is received.
Given now that I have a time limit to return this and my post office I can do this is 15 miles away and I have no car how am I meant to do this. I selected Royal Mail as I have a post office 2 mins away but I can’t use this apparently.
I expect I’ll get a reply on here saying contact customer service, but they don’t reply so what’s the point.

Great product, minor issue that customer service resolved rapidly
I had a great experience and particularly wanted to add my review as there's a lot of negative ones. I was wary to place an order initially due to these but the product looked good and I took the plunge using paypal in case there were issues. I didn't encounter any of the issues flagged by other reviewers (maybe that was around the festive period?). I placed an order, had a confirmation email, the item was shipped 3 days later and safely arrived.
It did have a minor hole in so I emailed about a replacement and in under 30 mins received an email apologising and saying a replacement was being sent to me and a free return label for the faulty one. The replacement was send the next day and received and was perfect as represented on the website. I would order again as the customer service was satisfying and speedy and I really liked the actual item. Thanks
