Great product, minor issue that customer service resolved rapidly

I had a great experience and particularly wanted to add my review as there's a lot of negative ones. I was wary to place an order initially due to these but the product looked good and I took the plunge using paypal in case there were issues. I didn't encounter any of the issues flagged by other reviewers (maybe that was around the festive period?). I placed an order, had a confirmation email, the item was shipped 3 days later and safely arrived.

It did have a minor hole in so I emailed about a replacement and in under 30 mins received an email apologising and saying a replacement was being sent to me and a free return label for the faulty one. The replacement was send the next day and received and was perfect as represented on the website. I would order again as the customer service was satisfying and speedy and I really liked the actual item. Thanks

i still try to return my parcel but didn’t any reply USApolo very poor service return i’m paying separate return label money also but not generate my return label i never buying again usapolo online they not provide contact number also please carful before buying anything.

Very poor return process

Very poor return process. You can never generate a label as it never recognises your order number so you have you manually generate one. After you make a return it takes weeks before you get any response and have to keep emailing about your return and refund. I won't used there online store again.

U.S. Polo Assn. UK-No Customer friendly

I recently purchased four items from this company for the first time, but when I tried to return one of the jackets, I discovered they don't offer free returns. To make matters worse, their return policy is riddled with so many "ifs and buts" that it leaves you uncertain if your return will even be accepted. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when so many other brands handle customer returns effortlessly. This experience has been disappointing—never again, U.S. Polo Assn. UK!

Awful company with zero customer…

Awful company with zero customer service.

Placed an order, within a few hours the price had dropped by £25 so I immediately contacted them to cancel the order. They refused despite their terms and conditions stating customer can cancel.

So they expect me to return the item at a cost of £5.99 then reorder it again and pay the £4.99 postage again. So in total costing me £16!

No goodwill and no customer service.
Will NOT be purchasing from this company again. Very disappointed. The customer service staff give a few word replies , are unwilling to help and generally don’t care.

I would like to mention the most…

I would like to mention the most painful area is their return process.Its really pathetic,Firstly they will charge for any return and secondly they won’t provide any DPD QR code,So you have to take a print of the return label and stick to the parcel.However mostly all other retailers are providing free returns or at least a QR code so that print label can be generated.I have paid £5.99 for a return and still struggling for a print as my home printer is out of order.

I was quite suspicious about this…

I was quite suspicious about this website as I was reading the comments on social media and other review sites. But I decided to place an order twice, the first one was around £25 and the second around £50 - while they had the 90% discount. It took over a week (9-10 days) to get the products and during this time there was only limited communication. I believe they were extremely busy, and I assume the UK warehouse received the items from the US and then they sent it with the "speedy" Royal Mail. Ultimately, I received everything I ordered and the quality was superb. I was thinking of giving 4 stars because of the slow response but 90% off sale was a great compromise. I would order from them again! Just one piece of advice for the social media team, if you would post an update or notification next time regarding the slow postage most people will understand it.

Scammers

Returned some items about 3 weeks before with tracked post. Not received any money or response from customer service though emailed couple of times. Now raise the case with paypal and hope for a positive outcome. Seems these are scammers. Order no USPA50019

Fantastic Clothing, Late Deliveries

The delivery was late but I am very happy with the clothes.

After reading the other reviews I was worried that my package would not arrive or I would have to request a refund or it would take months for me to get my package. The delivery ended up being late, it said 3-5 working days when I ordered but it arrived on the 8th working day.

It is unfortunate because, as the other reviews already say, they do not communicate to their customers and they leave you not knowing what to do or what is happening with your order. For example, after 5 working days, when I should have had my order delivered, I sent U.S. Polo Assn. an email asking for an update, to which I got no response to until my package was finally dispatched (on the 6th working day). Even then, they informed me a day late that the package was dispatched since I already saw it on the app "Shop" where I was tracking it.

The clothes, on the other hand, are fantastic and I would definitely purchase more if I find some in a store in person. I would think twice about ordering from them again as of this experience.

Scammers

Horrible customer service. Placed an order with all the correct information. Order is currently being delivered to wrong address. I have tried contacting customer service through email, facebook and instagram but it is non-existent. Stir away from this con!

Non existant customer service

Order placed on 16th August. Still not received despite delivery estimate being 3-5 days. Emailed customer service on 2 occasions and no reply. Have raised with my bank to see if they can help.

They just have bad customer service

They just have bad customer service, I had even reached out to my bank for a refund after two weeks of no updates from them after I ordered. But I received my package today out of the blue, with everything I ordered.

pathetic customer service

I bought some clothes from this company and after 15 days , I have received nothing. and I am still waiting for my stuff There is no way to contact this company except by messaging them on their website but answering the question is at their discretion which they are not bothered about
Their customer service is absolutely pathetic

I have got the worst experience in US…

I have got the worst experience in US Polo website,I tracked my order through Shop,it said its arriving at so and so time and the app showed delivered,I didn't get any parcel.We have asked our neighbours they said they have not received anything.Its a complete con.But luckily I got the money back when I disputed with my bank,have written a mail but no response from the customer service,will never buy again.

Order number USPA 54851

Order number: USPA54851. I have placed an order on 26 August but still have not received any update on my order. I don't know whether it has been shipped or not. Sent over 3 emails to customer service but no response whatsoever. I don't think I am going to order again from them online. Worst experience ever. I purchased for a ticket of GBP 215.
