Order number: USPA53046. I have placed an order on 24 August but still have not received any update on my order. I don't know whether it has been shipped or not. Sent over 6 emails to customer service but no response whatsoever. I don't think I am going to order again from them online. Worst experience ever. I purchased for a ticket of GBP 83.

Order Number: USPA47158 I sent some items back for refund. They were received by Polo but no confirmation or money back. I've sent an email but got a response giving me steps on how to return. Replied informing them I need a confirmation of receipt for the items and a refund. No response.
I will be taking this up with
the consumers complain group. At times drastic action needs to be taken when customers are taken for granted. We pay for return postage, and not getting a fast/quick respond/refund.

Bought a bag what I thought was Ralph…

Bought a bag what I thought was Ralph Lauren, I was so pleased and excited. Told my friends and family that I'd got one to realise a few days later it wasn't and when I told my "friend" they said they already new but didn't want to upset me because of how excited I was, probablylaughed about it behind my back. I think you should change your logo as it resembles Ralph Lauren far too much

Scammers!

I ordered some joggers and returned 2 pairs. They sent a refund for just the one pair. I queried about the refund for the other pair and they have since stopped responding. Scammers! Stay as far as possible from this company

This company got my item returned back…

This company got my item returned back after i purchased online. They received the parcel but i ve never been refunded. It’s been couple of months that i regularly mail them, no reply. No phone number available to call them. They just ignore everything. Strange for a company with thousands advertising on net!!!

Uspolo assn UK the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered something and I received another THINK. I sent to them ten messages to fix my problem and the answer is the same

"Dear Customer,
Thank you so much for your message. We are dealing with a high volume of support requests, but please rest assured, we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Thank you so much for your patience.

Already 18 days and nothing happened. My clothes waiting in the bag because I received the wrong item.

Worst experience with a retailer

Worst experience with a retailer. Over 6 weeks that I placed order but have not received my order. Sent them emails on customer service and it seems they are not bothered. Have sent an email asking for order or refund and if still not received would have to report to police. Dont buy online.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service! I ordered a month ago and still no or communication about the delivery. I have sent about five emails during this time and no response from the customer service. There is no contact phone number which I can use.

Useless

I would not even give one star for the service. It has been more than 2 weeks for return and have still not received refund. I have written to them twice and no response. There no UK number where u can call and enquire. Utterly disappointed it’s a shame would never buy again.

Absolutely rubbish customer service no phone number just email address and from that email address don’t except any reply it’s been more then a week I placed Oder and I haven’t received any dispatch confirmation will never buy from them again

Customer service and returns process shambles

Customer service and returns process a shambles.

No contact number for customer service, only emails. Even then, you have to keep chasing for a response.

If you need to return an item, the process is complicated. And then, when you do send the item back, they claim they never received it. It took me two months to get the money refunded after I said I would complain to the consumer ombudsman and my credit card company.

What a shambles and the product quality…

What a shambles and the product quality of the items delivered were so poor. The fit is incomprehensible - all items were large but some were more an XXL and others were like a medium. The items I did keep didn't last very long as they went out of shape in the wash or got holes really quickly. They almost felt like they were poor quality fakes.

Then returned items worth 150 with the Royal Mail with tracking number and signatures it’s returned in 20 of December and singed by them , i contacted the customer service after month they replied we didn’t get any returned parcel from you.

Poor returns service

Excellent service when I made a purchase, appalling service when returning items. Returned a jacket that was too big on 28/12/2022, and the tracking number shows it being returned to the retailer on 03/01/2023. No communication regarding a refund and no response to my email. I will not buy from this company again.

I wish there was an option to select 0 here because this is what I would have given to them!
Absolute shambles of a customer service.
No number to contact. Its just an email address that you have and even that is not dependable.
I have requested for a full refund for their appalling service.
