Not very responsive
I asked for the forms to cash in my small sum pension over a week ago and the only thing I have received from Utmost is a request to review their service!

Overall satisfaction
Access to my online portal was very useful.
I did have some issues that could not be solved through the portal .
I ended up calling an advisor and was given the help I needed .
Please be aware that any uploaded documents need to be extremely small ( one page at a time ).
This was not explained to me and therefore there was a delay .
Then the advisors couldn’t see all my docs on the portal - even though I had sent them.
Rather frustrating!
Overall a good service and prompt resolution.

Unfortunately, there are times that we need to temporarily close MyUtmost to refresh the data and carry out general maintenance but we try to keep these times to an absolute minimum. The code to check on pension fund always arrives quickly.
I have been impressed by the rate of return and consequent speed of growth of fund, until Rachel Reeves destroyed our future.

When you open pension and fo look for details,almost always need to go off site looking for info.
Halfway looking through information, I got logged off.
