This is not the best time to ask for a review. I am trying to work out how your company missed my change of address for four or five years,leading me into possible tax disadvantages.

I have exchanged a number of emails without receiving comprehensive information on how to retrieve the QR code for MFA. It is unbelievable the lack of interest / client attention the CS department has.

I needed an answer for my accountant-which was provided in a vert timely way and Utmost (laura) provided exactly whay I needed very quickly

I can not praise and thank Jason Hogan (Cust Supprt) enough. His explanation / knowledge of the "bond" and history etc were exemplary. A worthy model and example for others to imitate

I was helped by Harry Dickenson today. He was professional and competent and keen to help. I was totally satisfied with what he arranged for me today - I only wish the rest of the Utmost International portal was as good.

Utmost - even after me writing a long constructive review of your poor administrative processes, complaining loudly to your senior team, being assigned a "personal administrator" to handle our case, you still can't get it right. The ridiculous 8 week admin delay that Utmost say they require from the start of actioning a policy split to the actual split taking place, is in itself yet another excuse to prevent the customer from getting their money. We joked in our family as to whether they would contact us or release our policy on the 8 week anniversary - I mean it would be a chance to redeem themselves after a shambolic process to date - but no, you guessed it, not a whisper. There are no words. Oh yes, and their replies to these messages are AI generated. The staff are probably all too busy answering the phone - no they don't do that either. AVOID

Pan Europe has always been very accommodating and easy to do business with. All the staff I've encountered are very straightforward. One of them is Danny Lambe, who most of the time I deal with new businesses.

Quick response to my question with the info I needed ... although why this info wasn't on the form I completed I still don't know: that bit was left unaddressed.
