Disappointment with Customer Service
Disappointment
Disappointing experience. I paid extra for fast delivery because I needed the shoes urgently, but the delivery commitment was missed. I had to repeatedly contact customer service for updates and received changing explanations regarding the delay.
Although a full refund was eventually provided, including the delivery charge, no goodwill gesture was offered for the inconvenience, time spent chasing updates, and failure to meet the advertised delivery service. Unfortunately, not the level of customer service I expected.

You didn't tell the full story, let me highlight what you have missed and how you have manipulated your side of story. we have proof to show the full history of time you placed the order and full refund applied to your account.

We sent the shoes on June 4th with our Courier DHL hoping to be delivered on Friday
we learnt that DHL delivery VAN broke down and now the delivery will happen on Monday as we only deliver weekdays but we requested if they can deliver on Saturday which they agreed as a compensation
We passed this info to you but you kept on asking compensation and we explained to you that delivery is on Saturday as a compensation
As we couldn't offer any more, it was agreed with you to refund the full amount back to you which we did straightaway
~You only contacted us once so why say repeatdly contacted customer service and refund happened promptly not eventually Plz get your facts right
Mr Rafi unexpected things happen ( in this case DHL Van broken down) which are out of our control and we tried our best in this case but perhaps your expectations we couldn't meet
Anyway I leave it to others to Judge regarding our customer service and if we could have done any more.
Very helpful sorting out a problem
They say customers who experience a problem that is addressed well by the seller are more appreciative than those who have no issues. Here is a case in point. There was a problem with a bat that I had bought for my grandson. The Uzi Sports representative took it up with the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement to be delivered, i.e. without me needing to do anything myself. Exellent customer service!!

Quite disappointed with your review. Here are the facts I let readers to decide the service we have provided. can't expect delivery on the same day.
you odered on 01/10/2023, we shipped on 02/10/2023 on Next working day delivery and you received the goods on 03/10/23. Here is the proof from DHL site

Thanks fir your reply , you are not correct at all and not sure you understand when you have to write the review . we never sent you asking fir review on 2nd , request is sent by trust pilot and normally people write review after they receive the order and this is the first time a customer has sent review before giving us chance to deliver the goods which we have done within 2 days of ordering
I think we deserve better than just 1stsr. The review is required once the order is delivered not when the request for review is sent . I hope this makes sense to you we have no control on the timing of sending the review , it is done by trust pilot

New Balance Cricket shoes with Rubber soles
This is the 3rd pair of these cricket shoes I've bought.
It is the first time I have used Uzi sports.
I got a better price for the shoe including postage and the shoes came next day compared to buying them directly from the New Balance web site.
