Ex-display item purchase
Bought an ex-display paceman bowling machine.
On the positive side the item was dispatched quickly and received on time.
Wasn't expecting it to like brand new, but there was no original box and no instructions manual or part list - Had to spend hours trying to figure out assembly. The mid leg of the stand on which the machine stands don't seem to fit well. I hope I have assembled it correctly but cannot be sure if all parts were received or was something missing given lack of instructions/part list. Also some of the parts were quite dusty.

Instead of quick on writing review, you should have contacted us and if we hadn't sorted the issue then you can write honest review about our service. I have sent you by email the instructions so you can check against the assembly you have done. All the ex display machines don't come with original boxes hence we sent you how we received them. If you have any issue regarding working of the machine plz get in touch

Fantastic customer service from Uzi Sports - these guys really go the extra mile, they stock quality sports gear (top end products at amazing prices). Easy to use and order website. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Very professional staff. Asad - the manager is a top bloke: genuine nice guy who cares for this customers. Excellent range of cricket gear. The New Balance DC1280 pads are 1st class. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Apologies for one star review I can’t seem to reply to Uzi comment. The service was great, I didn’t mean to undermine that part just the actual product. And by second hand I meant the grips looked worn almost like they had decade over time in the packaging that was sealed. Will order again as the service is always on time
