Happy with purchase and service but recommend you use a better courier company.
Sent very quickly, my only gripe was that they used DHL to send my package which was due next day and twice not delivered. I ended up collecting from their depot (a 20 mile round rip to find the box ripped open). I am happy with the service from Uzi Sports but my recommendation is don't use DHL, they subcontract out in some locations and in my instance, were absolutely atrocious. With the damage to the box, I doubt they had any intention of delivering unless I'd gone to collect. I'm delighted with the bat, and the speed of dispatch. Please get a better courier though, I'd happily have paid a delivery charge to have used DPD or another reliable courier.

These reviews are for the customer service we provide not on the products we sell, The adidas pads you have mentioned are made by Adidas and not by us. There is no point writing a review before you contact us regarding any issue you had with the product. Within 5 mins of your email our customer service dept contacted you and sorted out the issue. You can write an honest review if you are not happy for the service/delivery we provided you.

Cricket Heaven...!
What a place...!
The range is great, whether you’re looking for junior or beginners equipment right up to if you’re in the market for the very, very top of the range gear.
The customer service is excellent; the knowledge on the brands, the gear they sell, the fits and sizing and also local and regional cricket teams is brilliant.
I’m about to visit for a second time for some more gear, and would highly recommend UZI to anyone for their cricket needs.
In the current, post-COVID world we’re in small local businesses need our help and places like UZI Sports will be lost onus forever if we don’t use them where we can! So take the time, pay them a visit, and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I am not sure you can say our customer service was bad, we have kept you informed on the delay of club clothing due to supplier (Gray Nicolls) and also the embroider had less staff due to covid. Instead of jumping on and writing bad review consider the amount of effort retailers and suppliers are putting to get the club clothing done and delivered on time but this year the delays are inevitable due to late deliveries and less staff. We do apologise for the delivery of part of your order.

Confirmed easily on line that they had the cricket bat my son wanted in stock and delivery was quick. Very impressed.
