Joyful Moment
In less than 4 months my percentage went from 20 percent to 80 percent! With the help and thanks to my coach Max from VA Insider now I have peace of mind and Iess stress in my life!

I really appreciated all the coaches I had from start to finish. The were very patient, and assisted me in navigating the VA web site when I needed help. Without them, I don’t know if I would have obtained my one hundred percentile goal.

I had a great experience with VA Claim…
I had a great experience with VA Claim Insider. I had already given up on receiving a rating for my back and sleep apnea but a Marine buddy told me to try VA Claim Insider so I did. I filed my Intent to File with the VA on June 16 and I received my final claim decision on December 23, with service connection rating for both. I would recommend any veteran who has been denied before to try VA Claim Insider and see what they can help you with, it is worth the shot.

I have to admit it seemed to be quite difficult to learn how to upload, find what portal I should be in, and overall I found it a little hard to figure out. I am not a techy guy, so the learning curve was steep. But the overall process was good, and Coach Josh did a great job.

Great Servise for Veterans.
I had two coaches during my journey to 100%. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had tried for a couple years to get ratings by myself which I was not suceesful. The coaches and the information on the Insider website guided me to eventually getting that elusive 100%. The only thing I would suggest is being more open and forthcoming about the cost of obtaining the medical opinions and Nexus letters. "It is what is", but knowing right out the gate the costs would have been better.

Your coaches and their assistants make your company successful
Your coaches and their assistants were knowledgeable and remained upbeat all the time. This is important because going through the VA process can be frustrating.
I rank you 4 stars because my coaches changed without notice. However, the replacement coach always reached out immediately. I'm very happy with my experience with CA Claims Insider.

As a Vietnamese veteran I have been in the Va system since1971 was discharged at 100% but lost everything at my first post discharge exam. Always have felt cheated out of a fair rating. It took me years to finally get back to a 100% rating that I feel I should have had years ago thanks you VA claims insider and especially coach Sandr.
