It darted out well but my coach Jonathan Rios abruptly resigned. I was assigned a new coach, Brian Wright. He didn’t provide much direction and on more than one occasion claimed he had more than 165 clients apparently much too busy. He was poorly prepared when we had a scheduled call and sometimes danced around my questions. Fortunately I was able to figure out some things for myself. However I found it helpful viewing videos and joined in on at least two live video chats that were quite helpful.

The step by step method, learning materials, reference documents and the assigned coach updating available links I needed. The coaches calls taking time with giving assistance to go through steps needed to schedule appointments and setting up VA claims. You get more assistance here than with a lawyer and get the same results and saving some money.

Being represented by a wonderful and solid established company with strong commitment to their clients. For the best outcome for the right moment. 😊

VACI has great plans for sequencing your claims. They seamlessly build one upon another to get you what you deserve. I had a claim denied, then the HLR denied then finally approved on a supplemental submission. My coach kept encouraging me throughout the process and never gave up. He truly cared about me and my success. I would mention his name but I believe all of their coaches have this same caring and empathy. Their training sessions and materials are second to none and proved essential for successful C and P exams. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VACI FOR ALL VETS!!

Went from no rating at all to 90% in 17 months. 4 claims total. A couple denials here and there but with persistence, coach guidance and appeals, we prevailed on each and every claim! Each claim filed has been approved and rated! Well worth the effort, time and money. The VA is not a quick process but once you have the strategy, education and medical evidence (SEM) down, it really is quite easy to navigate - just need to be patient. Not all vets deserve 100% but with my experience, you deserve more than you know!

My Coach Erin was amazing. She was with me every step of the way. The only thing that I think would improve your service is having a class on how to fill out the claim forms. Words to use and not to use. Over all a wonderful experience.

Very grateful for the knowledge they passed down to be able to complete my goals. Friendly easy to work with. Reminds you that nothing will happen if you yourself don’t put in the effort.

I liked the relationship established with my coach Michael who was GREAT and knowledgeable! Most of the information provided, I already knew with research. Therefore I could have done this on my own with a Little more research and saved me the $9,000 an hour I was charged. (I know, feels like thievery to me and a total advantage taken of a vet) for this reason I wouldn't recommend this company as there are many places out there with guarantees to have the same results at a fraction of the cost VA insiders charge. Please do your research prior to hiring this company for the help. Would be a 5 star company if it weren't for the cost. Put a cap on it as the same help is given to a 10% vet going to 80% as a 70 to 80. Yet charged 15 times more. Ridiculous!

My coach was a great help in getting me through the process. He kept me informed with each step.
