Success built on strategy
Well I was at a standstill with my initial claim being denied. I took a friends advice and signed up with VACI, VA claims insider, I’m glad I did. My coaches, especially Joel Rivera, were knowledgeable and gave me the strategy and information I needed to successfully file my HLR and succeed where I had initially fell short.

My issue is that I did all the work
My issue is that I did all the work. Yes, you had me watch a lot of YouTube videos, but beyond that, you scheduled an appointment with a physiologist to be re-evaluated—at an additional charge. I also had to deal with three different coaches/contacts, many of whom were very slow to respond or never replied at all.
When I spoke with Coach Laura Morato, I simply asked what services were provided that resulted in charges totaling over $9,000.00. I did not receive an answer.

They did a fantastic job
Without VA claims insider I would have never made it to 100%, the new claims that were recently added by the VA I would have never known about and the help with adding all the different forms was greatly appreciated. Thank you, I would definitely recommend them to anyone thats trying to get a higher rating.

Massive amounts of information and experience!
Throughout the process of increasing my rating, I was thoroughly impressed by two things: the amount of available information from VACI and my coach's efforts to get this information into my hands. Each claim process was presented with CFR references, training videos, and live Zoom sessions. Hearing and seeing what other vets experienced in their journey gave me the confidence to tackle my own. VA Claims Insider is Good to Go
I truly appreciate the service and care from Coach Tony. The website was easy to navigate, and the videos thoroughly prepared me for every step of the process, including the C&P exam. I submitted my claim on December 3rd, had my C&P exam scheduled by December 17th, and received my increase from 70% to 90% on December 23rd. VA Claims Insider is definitely good to go. Thank you!

Best money I ever spent! Special shout out to my coach, Michael Ashberry. He developed the strategy to get me to a full 100% rating as I've been battling for multiple years to get an increase from 70%. He answered all my questions and was incredibly professional and friendly to work with. He continually reached out to me to see how the process was moving along and whether I had any additional questions. Couldn't have done it without his guidance and assistance...EXTREMELY pleased with all the help that was provided and highly recommend it to my fellow vets.
