I have bought diffusers over a number of months the first time the sent was amazing all day long , however the second and third time the sent was definitely not strong and faded quickly

Aroma heaven
The scents which are pushed out from the reed diffusers and candles are the strongest which I have tested to date. My favourite is the wild mint and Sicilian Lemon. Visitors to my home always compliment the smells and ask where they can get them for themselves. I love how the company offer multi buy deals. I will not go elsewhere for home fragrance again.

Very poor shelf life and one in the lounge you could barely smell. Lasted less than 3 weeks

Our diffusers typically last around 6–8 weeks, although this can vary depending on factors such as room temperature, placement, ventilation, and the number of reeds used. Recent warmer weather can also cause the natural oils to evaporate more quickly.

I recently received my new parcel from Valentte… The smell was incredible, as always but even more so… Then I realised that one of the diffusers had leaked all over the boxes!!!

The customer service is brilliant
The customer service is brilliant. My parcel was delivered yesterday but I haven’t received it as it was delivered to an incorrect address (must be a royal mail error). I contacted support and after a few emails a replacement order has been shipped to me today. This is very much appreciated. Can’t wait to receive my order I love the lemongrass and rosemary

Had a small issue with a product I purchased. I emailed Valentte to let them know my concerns. Within minutes I received an email expressing their apologies and offering a replacement of my items. Gorgeous products
Gorgeous products, they all smell amazing so was over the moon that they were so lovley presented too. Fabulous service, so much so that I placed my second order as soon as the first one arrived so could share with family and friends as gifts.

Amazing products and very reasonable cost
Amazing products only been a customer for a month however I have already bought 7 defusers several candles and room sprays.
Everything comes packed in beautiful white box and black ribbon ready for gifting.
I would recommend this company to anyone as the customer service is second to none.

These product are the best I have ever bought. It is so easy to order. They also have amazing offers.
you can order Candles, Reed Diffusers, soap and room sprays. My favourites are Neroli and Lemon, or the Lemon and Rosemary.
The staff are so friendly and helpful if you have a query or problem. I would highly recommend them

Best smelling products for sure.
What is there not to like about this company, absolutely everything they produce is top quality.l have been using their diffusers,candles,room sprays and body preps for many years.My neighbour often take a parcel in for me and always comments on how lovely the box smells.A little surprise is heading her way.👏👏

Purchased 3 of the diffusers and the…
Purchased 3 of the diffusers and the gift box package,I have used two of the diffusers so far, the lemongrass and rosemary and, the the jasmine and rosewood and I am completely underwhelmed.You can only get any fragrance if you stand over it and smell it.I only have a small 2 bed flat so the space is not the problem.One night I closed all the doors to see if the smell would be better in the hall where it is positioned and nothing.
I was expecting big things from these diffusers all I can say is not one person coming to visit has commented on how nice my home smells.We do not have pets we do not smoke and my home smells fresher with a glade air freshener.Perhaps I am unlucky and received a bad batch because, I can't for the life of me how people are getting there lovely fragrance around their home.
Needless to say I will not be trying anymore
From one disappointed customer who had high hopes.
