Valentte Avis 

Very little scent despite turning the reeds daily. Very disappointed with all 4 diffusers. I have placed them near to spots with a good airflow/high traffic area as suggested. Gave them plenty of time before reviewing but very unhappy that there is very little scent unless directly over the diffuser

My order of the While Neroli and Lemon diffuser oil had leaked in the packaging, Valentte immediately sent me a new White Neroli and Lemon diffuser.
The post lady was very impressed with the lovely smell and asked about the company and order - another new client joining Valentte!!

I love valentte products. I’ve always got candles lit and diffusers dotted around, have done for years. I’ve been using valentte for almost a year now, I’ll never use anything else. My house smells amazing all the time and the scents actually last until the product runs out! One diffuser normally last around 6-8 weeks. Lemon and white neroli is my go too in every room. Today I got a lavender diffuser as a freebie, smells so beautiful!

I am buying for the third time. A friend bought me a gift box for Christmas and I restocked as soon as I had used up all the contents - diffusers mainly. The fragrances are beautiful and instantly apparent. Classy presentation. I bought a set for my Goddaughter who just opened her own osteopath clinic and she had so many comments from patients she too has stocked up. The fragrances last. Glass is recyclable / no plastics which is a winner. Finally they are made in the UK and if you have any problems you can speak to a lovely human - as I did.

We ordered one day and within 24 hrs the parcel had arrived. Unfortunately, one of the items was missing but having contacted the very user friendly Customer support Team all my concerns were allayed. The issue was resolved in minutes and the missing article was dispatched by Express Delivery within an hour. Once again despite all the criticisms Royal Mail delivered on time. The BEST THING is that Valentte listened to, acted and resolved the problem in just minutes. Why can’t national chains do the same rather than telling me that my call is important for 20/30 minutes and still not resolving it.

I’ve been buying from Valentte for quite a while now and it’s definitely my favourite home fragrance brand. The scents are beautiful, long-lasting and make my home smell amazing. Every order arrives quickly and is always packaged so beautifully.

My only criticism is the price. I’ve noticed the products have increased in price over time, and as a regular customer it does make me think twice before placing an order. Personally, I’d be more than happy to receive my order in simple packaging if it meant keeping costs down. The products speak for themselves, so I’d rather save money than pay extra for the presentation.

Overall, I still love Valentte and will continue buying, but I do hope they consider offering a simpler packaging option to help keep prices more affordable for loyal customers.

What an amazing company this is!
Their products smell delicious and if you have a problem they respond in very quick time and resolve the issue.
I buy the reed diffusers all the time, bergamot and lemon being my favourite, and I also buy candles , hand cream and soap dispensers when I need them.
I can 100% recommend this company for being completely reliable and trustworthy and all of their products are of very good quality, good price and smell lovely. 🙂

Love all their fragrance diffusers and love to have the same fragrance through out the house rather than different smells as you get a much stronger scent (spa like) delivery and customer service 5/5 never failed to let me down

The products are really lovely and the service from Valencia is extremely good I had an order go missing and Valencia were straight on it with a replacement, first class service

Absolutely love the scents and how strong they are so I would have given 5 stars but the amount of email I receive everyday is absolutely ridiculous! Is there really any need to send about 5 emails a day…. Please limit.

Just received a box from Valentte. It arrived when specified and was a joy to unpack - beautifully and carefully packaged. The products themselves are very high quality and just smell amazing. I have used their room diffuser for my office at work and everyone comments on the gorgeous smell in my room. This is a great company offering UK-made products of a very high standard. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Try them - you won't be disappointed!

I had a delivery from Valentte and the candle I ordered was broken. Emailed customer services straightaway and had an immediate response to replace it. Excellent service.

I am a beauty therapist working from home and recently set up the Rosemary and Lemongrass reed diffuser in my treatment space. I have only just put it out, and it is already a massive hit! The scent is beautiful, refreshing, and creates the perfect relaxing atmosphere for my clients. I have already recommended Valentte to three people who loved the fragrance as soon as they walked in. I am so impressed with the quality and will definitely be buying more!

I couldn’t be happier with this company! The reed diffusers smell absolutely amazing—beautiful, high-quality fragrances that fill the room without being overpowering. They last a long time, offer fantastic value for money, and there really is a scent for everyone.

What impressed me just as much was the outstanding customer service. They were so friendly, helpful, and sorted out a small issue I had straight away.

The only suggestion I’d make would be to offer a small fragrance discovery set or sample sizes, so customers can experience all the beautiful scents before deciding which full-size diffuser to buy. I know I’d love to try them all!

When I had one occasion to contact customer service they were extremely helpful and responsive.

I have to compliment Valentte for their amazing customer service. I mistakenly (my fault entirely) sent my whole order to a very old address! I emailed the support team, really just to let them know that they may receive an email from the recipient (whom I don't know) to say they had received a parcel they hadn't ordered. Elisya, was amazing. There was no blame, only understading and an immediate offer to send the whole order to me again, at the correct address, at no further cost. I am blown away by the generosity. Thank you. I will be recommending to everyone even more now, as their products are also fantastic!
