I had an issue with one of my diffusers. I emailed the company and they had rectified the issue within hours. I cannot rate this company highly enough. I am delighted with my first experience with Valentte and their customer service.

A year ago I would have given five stars but I’m sure the products have been diluted as the aromas are weaker than before. They are still nice. Will be putting another order in to see if things have improved. I wanted to reorder the coconut but haven’t been able to find it for a long time.

I have purchased many times the Lemongrass & Rosemary gift sets and diffusers. After receiving a set as a present from a family member. Most of our family and friends use Valentte. You can smell the Lemongrass as soon as you enter our homes. Wonderful smell. I can't recommend this highly enough, just give it a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed

The products are absolutely beautiful, my home smells like a spa. Customer service is amazing, I had a faulty trigger on a room spray and was provided with a replacement product immediately. Fabulous service

Absolutely blown away by this lovely little UK based company. The packaging and scents are fabulous. I’m a long time loyal white company customer and these products are miles better at half the price. I’ll never be going back to the white company or Jo Malone now. Also I had an issue with a parcel going missing and clearly it wasn’t their fault. Another post office debacle. Everything was replaced within days no fuss and at expedited delivery. Customer service was wonderful and I’m going to be telling everyone about this lovely company. All my previous White Co gifts for friends, from now on will be bought here!

Beautiful scents! Just love this brand, I've tried a few of the scents and they're all beautiful! Especially the Lemongrass and Rosemary, it's my favourite. I have them in every room. I have gotten all of my family and friends on to it. They love it. Also fantastic customer service. I had an issue with an order in which I'd added something to the basket in error, I emailed and it was rectified in just a few mins. Highly recommend 😊

Just received my special offer pack, honestly can’t believe people are giving this company and these scents bad reviews…what an amazing find this was.

I tried to take as many different smells as I could, some I don’t like as much as others but as soon as you enter the room you can smell the difference straight away. The Lemongrass one is my favourite, I’ve got a diffuser and candle in the bedroom, I haven’t even lit the candle yet as the smell off the diffuser is just amazing itself.

I will definitely be buying lots more diffusers and candles from this company, oh and the room mist is incredible as well.

I forgot to add a gift message and emailed customer service. They got straight back to me and managed to add a gift message quickly for me. The product arrived really quickly with beautiful packaging and smelt wonderful.

I have been a customer of Valentte for a few years now and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Delightful products at reasonable prices. Guests always comment on the fresh and welcoming aroma of the reed diffusers. Excellent care and customer service which is second to none!

I would strongly recommend this company. I was given a Lemongrass & Rosemary diffuser, and it's amazing and the best I have ever had. So signed up as a VIP customer, amazing, you get access to the special offers which are great value for money. I have now bought more diffusers, and they are the best on the market. I am trying the wax melts, and again the best I have ever bought.

Just received my first order. Packing is like buying a luxury gift for yourself. So well designed. Reed diffuser is working perfectly. I’ve placed it in my hallway and it’s lovely to smell the fragrance when moving from room to room.
I’ve messaged customer service about exchanging one of scents I’ve purchased only because, it’s not to my liking. Charlotte responded quickly advising me how to return for a replacement. Can’t fault that!
I also thought their postage costs were very good, I didn’t feel ripped off with overly priced postage - like I do with some companies. It’s a big put off for me. So hopefully I’ll be buying more products from this company. First impressions are excellent!

Valentte was recommended to me by a friend who loves their products. Always great to have glowing references from someone you know that extols the virtues of something they use themselves.

I looked up their site, love the background history and always like to support independent businesses where possible.

The range of products is varied and there's something for everyone. I particularly love the individuality of their choice of scents (you can actually order small tester spray scents too if you wish to)

I jumped straight in and ordered the Ready, Set, Scent Pack, choosing my own diffuser scents. The order arrived promptly. securely packaged and looking very luxurious. Quality products and they smell divine ✨️

I was genuinely impressed with my order. The candles were top quality — beautifully made, long‑lasting, and even better than I expected. I recently placed a large order with Valentte and I’m absolutely delighted with everything I received. The products smell incredible and the quality is truly beautiful – you can tell a lot of care goes into every item. The packaging is also stunning and looks gorgeous displayed in my bathroom.
A few items unfortunately leaked during transit, but when I contacted customer service the response was amazing. Stacey was incredibly kind, understanding and quick to help. She arranged replacement items straight away and kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated.

Valentte’s customer service is superb. I mistakenly received the wrong fragrance for me. Instead of leaving it at that, Valentte asked me to return them. They have now been replaced with different scents and I am delighted! Shout out to Stacey Beardmore who was delightful to talk to on the phone and organised replacements to be delivered the next day. I shall definitely be buying again!
