Ordered but exchange requested
I ordered a variety of diffusers but out of the 4 purchased, 2 of the fragrances weren't to my liking. I contacted customer services & a few emails a returns barcode was sent, a note was placed on my file that I wanted to swap rather than refund. Once my return was received, the exchange was sent out to me & received within 2 days. Thank u. The Lemon & Bergamot is a lovely smell & does give our home that relaxing spa feel. Nice one!

First class service
I recently ordered from Vallente as have on numerous occasions as I love the products. When my order arrived unfortunately one of the diffusers had leaked all over the packaging of the other products. I emailed the company & the lady was a very helpful & sent me another diffuser & replacement packaging by return of post. First class service 😀😀

Firstly bought for my birthday in…
Firstly bought for my birthday in january,loved so much,ordered again,unfortunately bottle leaked in transit,contacted valentte who were absolutely brilliant,promptly sent out a new bottle the next day,customer service was excellant. Delightful diffusers
The company website is easy to use and the service was excellent. My order was sent very quickly,arriving safely and beautifully packaged. The diffusers smell glorious and last a long time and since being introduced to the brand I've had two more orders. As well as appreciating them myself, they make thoughtful gifts.

Excellent customer service
I used a couple of diffusers and the scent was lovely. I had an issue with the third one, but Kia in customer service resolved it quickly and efficiently and I am really pleased with the service received.

I placed my order on Easter Sunday and am amazed it was delivered Tuesday evening by Royal Mail. I ordered a mystery box which contained eight products. Great value. I am also very pleased with my diffusers and candles.
All items were well packaged arrived in perfect condition.

I can’t fault the speed of delivery
I can’t fault the speed of delivery, but personally I don’t like the scents of the reed diffusers. I have ordered twice from this place with difference scents both times - Bergamot & Lemon - Jasmine & Rosewood - lemongrass and Neroli and I really dislike the smells. They don’t smell nice and fresh to me, they smell awful, definitely not for me.

Glad I gave up my B&BW
I've been seeing ads for Valenette all over social media and I'm always skeptical. But I was running out of my usual Bath And Bodyworks candles. Of recent I've become cautious of what I'm putting in the air, I feel like B&BW are particularly false of recent so I thought I'd give Valenette a try. I ordered the set for £39.99 and I'm so pleased. I currently have the Lemongrass and Rosemary burning and it fills my living room. I don't have to get close to smell it and doesn't appear to be tunneling. It's been burning for around 90 minutes and it's going really well

I’ve been using Valentte diffusers for…
I’ve been using Valentte diffusers for years and have always rated them highly. The smell was always very noticeable. The last couple of orders at the end of last year and one that arrived yesterday don’t seem to smell as strong. Have you changed the recipe?

Placed my first order of a trial box as…
Placed my first order of a trial box as was convinced by the fragrance claims .. arrived quickly and beautifully packaged . Sadly the fragrance is not nearly strong enough , I put one in my hallway and 1 in my dining room. Cannot smell it all unless you walk right up to it for a sniff. What a shame but glad I didn’t spend a whole lot more .

I’m a huge JML and have their…
I’m a huge Jo Malone fan and have their diffusers throughout my house. So I thought I would try Valentte as the price was extremely competitive so this is what I found
Oil concentration: Jo Malone typically uses a higher fragrance load, so it projects further
• Alcohol vs oil base: Valentte leans more natural, which often = softer throw
• Reed quality & design: Jo Malone reeds are engineered to diffuse faster and stronger
• Room coverage: Valentte is more of a close scent, Jo Malone is a room-filler
My honest review is for that overall wow factor JML wins hands down. I have to get close up to Valentte to experience any smell. So for me I’m going to stick with JML.

When we moved into our new home
When we moved into our new home, we were gifted a box set from Valentte with a reed diffuser (eucalyptus and Patchouli), candle and room mist. This is the best reed diffuser I’ve ever had. So we ordered more!
When we had an issue with the candle, the customer service we received was impeccable - speedy response and rectified in hours!
Highly recommend and my now go to for reed diffusers!

Stunning
I ordered the ready, set, scent gift box and thought it sounded too good to be true. With having 3 dogs, I wanted my home to smell less ‘doggy’. Nothing worked normally. I ordered the gift set and each reed defused smelt better than the last! When I lit the free candle upstairs, I could smell it throughout the house. I ordered a 2nd gift box not sure if it would live up to the previous one. Every single reed diffuser is gorgeous. The candles are strong and don’t smell ‘synthetic’. I highly recommend everything. I’m going to stock up with a few more gift sets.

Purchased many times Reed diffusers…
Purchased many times Reed diffusers candles, last order, all 3 Reed diffusers had leaked over everything in the box, the gift box was to be a present, the lids were loose, the smell was terrible, definitely changed how these are made, had to bin everything, not the company they once were. Will not repurchase again.
