Excellent Customer Service - Happiness Guarantee
Excellent Customer Service following an email sent regarding a diffuser that did not meet my expectations.
Delivery has been within 3 days and all carefully packaged.
I now have about 5 diffusers around the house and visitors are met with a fruity fragrance from the new Pineapple and Mango range, several visitors have remarked and requested details.
I regularly shop with Valentte and give their gift sets to family and friends for birthdays etc - they too now shop with Valentte.
The refill diffusers are great value and I have now got a stock for the next few months.
Extremely satisfied customer.

After placing my order of the Best…
After placing my order of the Best selling gift box and 3 additional diffusers these all arrived a few days later, impeccably packed, however there was a small glitch with the candle, I contacted customer services and explained the issue, a few emails later, I received by express delivery a replacement candle. Excellent customer service 😊 and beautiful smelling fragrances. I have bought Valentte candles and diffusers before and have never had an issue. So was very pleased this was quickly solved. False advertising
Bought the offer with the free gift box. I had one of their Reed diffusers bought for me about a year ago and it was quite strong although only lasted a couple of weeks. The new ones I have bought have no smell unless you are stood next to them, I gave one to my daughter to try and she has had the same experience, I feel like I have wasted 80pd. They are not delivering what they are advertising and that is unfair and misleading. I have contacted customer services three times and they have said it could be weather, size of room, something to do with the reeds - all of which are untrue, I have a Rituals diffuser which still smells strong and it’s almost all gone!
They have said I could have a refund on the ones I haven’t opened but it may take a while as it has to go to another processing department, I just think what’s the point, I may aswell cut my losses.
I definitely do not recommend this company, they are either selling some faulty products or the positive reviews are questionable- how can people have such different experiences. Avoid

Fantastic products
I have received my 3rd order from yourselves and over the moon again.
This time i chose body butter along with reed diffuser and candle and was not disappointed.
Body butter is lush and smell stays on. I wont put anything else on my skin now.

I ordered a pack of 3 small reed diffusers. First one, no smell but I thought i would give them a fair chance. I've now used all 3. I have not been able to smell any of them, they have also evaporated really quickly. I placed one of them in my downstairs toilet so it's definitely not a room size issue. I have had better results with off the shelf diffusers at a fraction of the price.
I did put a comment on FB after using the first one, they did reach out, asking me to get in touch. I didn't bother in the end, 3 diffusers, all the same results. Are they going to send me more as compensation? What's the point?

Favourite diffuser
Super speedy delivery, got an email at 3pm to say it had been dispatched and was delivered by 10am the next morning. I have had lots of different scents but this time I got the mango and pineapple diffuser, it is DIVINE! I can smell it throughout the whole house. Definitely recommend!

Very dissatisfied with the product
Very dissatisfied with the product.
Each smell is strong, yes, somewhat, though not as much as others I’ve used.
The scents are awful, I bought 4 and none of them even closely smell like the scent they’re supposed to. Citrus grove did not smell of oranges or lemons but of a strong toilet cleaner. The others are indiscernible but smell like cheap au de toilette.
I had to throw them all away.

My go to company for home fragrances and gifts
I have always had an excellent experience with this company. It is genuinely and wholly customer centred. Its product range is diverse and the perfumes of the products are superb. My favourite diffuser perfume is lemongrass and rosemary - so fresh. Visitors to our home always comment on the beautiful smell and the sense of calm and peace it generates. Online ordering is a straightforward process and delivery timely. I have bought many gift sets for friends and family. The gift sets are beautifully presented. Often there are special offers which are very generous. I recommend this company completely without any reservations.

these people are fantastic-nothing is too much trouble, and they 'correct' problems immediately. The gorgeous smells from the diffusers, hand wash, soap, and room sprays are to die for! My favourite of all is Rosemary and lemongrass, but all are brilliant

I was referred by a friend with a 15% off code. When I entered the code just kept saying sorry we'll email you but never did so I never ordered. Was in contact via email with customer service then all of a sudden there mail box was full, emailed again the next day & no reply. Not a great experience just felt abit let down as I was looking forward to trying the reed defusers that my friend recommended.

Gorgeous Scent, great Customer Service
I order regularly from this company. The scents are great. My favourite is wild berries and fig. It wasn’t in stock for a while. But when it came back I did a bulk order. I was so pleased when it arrived (express delivery which is free on orders over £60) so fast. I was a little disappointed that one had leaked everywhere so I emailed in with pictures. I have to say Stacey was amazing a quick response and a replacement sent immediately. No quibble, no fuss. Stacey was very polite and organised everything straight away. To top it off, the scents are not only amazing but last so much longer than others. Well worth the money.

Reed Diffusers
My first order was a 4 for 2 on the reed diffusers which brought the price into the mid range shop pricing, Dunhelm etc. As they are said to be made in UK this was a big plus. The website certainly hints at the fragrances being produced at their Cheshire factory.
A lot is made of luxurious packaging but, in my view, it is no better or worse than any other of the similar.products in high street stores. In fact only 2 of my diffusers were actually boxed which was quite disappointing because I was intending to use a couple as gifts. Having said all of that I have given 4 stars as the product is good quality and when bought at discount is good value. One final comment. Expect to be inundated with daily emails after buying. Why do companies assume that having bought 4 diffusers today I will want to order more tomorrow, very annoying.

Bit disappointed actually
Bit disappointed actually. There was a lot of advertising hype about these smelling so much stronger than other brands. I can barely smell anything, less than a standard ‘high street’ diffuser! I got jasmine & rosewood and bergamot & lemon - neither are very strong.
Update - I emailed and they have got back to me straight away offering to send an alternative ( hopefully stronger) scent. Good customer service. Hope I find a scent strong enough as I buy a lot of diffusers. Will update

My wife has purchased room diffusers from Valentte a few times now and I feel I should leave a review on Trustpilot relating to my experience. From ordering to having rooms full of delightful fragrances takes just a few days. Product is shipped efficiently and promptly and is well packaged.
The fragrance lasts simply ages and smell lovely.

I was very impressed with the exceedingly quick response to a query I had. I placed an order today and although I have a free annual delivery pass, I was charged for delivery on this order. I wrote a quick email to customer services and literally within 5 minutes I had a response and the return of my delivery charge.
My one and only gripe is, I have been trying for months to get hold of the seasalt diffuser and it is never in stock.

If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. This company doesn’t seem to want to help when a problem arises, just a email to say that they cannot help.
So I had my parcel delivered to where I work as a Post office manager in a post office. Royal Mail delivered it at 5.37pm when the post office was closed he left it on the customer side of the counter, even tho 2 members of staff was working on the shopside. I turned up for work 8am the next day and no parcel. So I gather someone stole it. Valentte is saying they fulfilled their part by delivering it to me, when they didn’t it was chucked on a side.I’m now £40 out of pocket which is a lot of money. Valentte you uses Royal Mail so you should take responsibility as I ordered through your company, I shouldn’t be out of pockets becasue I didn’t get my items that I’ve paid for. Every other business would take responsibility and either refund or resend the items that are missing.Why are you diiferent which I’m sure is wrong.
