The reed diffusers are far superior to any other I’ve tried. The fragrances care really beautiful and long lasting. Dealing with the company is brilliant, any product you are unhappy with they replace with no quibble. I won’t buy from anywhere else as the prices are so reasonable considering how long they last. Not what they used to be. Very disappointing.
I’ve been an avid buyer of Valentte products for a few years now but after being very disappointed with recent purchases since Christmas I’ll now be looking elsewhere for my home fragrances.
The last few diffusers I’ve used have had very little smell with no throw whatsoever. Unfortunately it’s the same with the wax melts and candles. Even when placed in the small cloakroom downstairs and the en-suite, so it’s not as if they’re in a huge open plan room.
I’m so disappointed as Valentte was my go to fragrance for my home and I’ve purchased many gifts for my family and friends.
They’re certainly not as strong as they used to be. (I’m not the only customer on here saying this…although Valentte say they’ve not changed their formula.)
If you try to contact Valentte customer services there’s a message to say their phone lines are closed as they’re too busy to take calls.
If you try to email, your email is bounced back due to their email box being full.
All extremely disappointing.

I ordered 3x reed diffusers and a gift…
I ordered 3x reed diffusers and a gift set, which had a diffuser, candle & handcream. Lovely packaging. I wasn’t keen on one of the scents which they said I could send back FOC, for replacements. I received my replacements but one was a room scent instead of a diffuser. I e-mailed them and instantly got a response to say that they were sorry and a diffuser would be sent out immediately. Their customer service is outstanding. Thank you Stacey for your very efficient responses to my queries.

A slight disappointment
Although these products do have a stronger initial smell than the 'off the shelf' products, they are by no means a game changer! To be honest, a little disappointed. having spent nearly £80 on 4 candles, 4 diffusers and a mini set I expected my house to smell incredible. Not as I expected from all the hype, promotions and reviews. Other products I have brought have lasted just as long and smelt just as good. 😞

Excellent customer service from Charlotte (on a Sunday) as I made an error with my delivery address! Easily resolved, and the products arrived Tuesday! Super quick delivery!

I'm glad I found this company !
Their fragrances are lovely. I can't say how long they last as I have only just starting using them but they fill my flat with gorgeous fragrance and when I wake during the night I can smell the diffuser in the hallway. The company kept me up to date with information re delivery and with marketing offers. Would highly recommend.

Second chance.
This is my second review. My first was one star as I was disappointed with the product. After speaking to customer services and trying a different fragrance I feel I must review again. This time I couldn't be more delighted. The fragrance is longlasting and strong. And a clean fresh smell now greets me every morning and evening. I'm really pleased. Amazing products
I discovered valentte products a couple of years ago through a friend and absolutely love the Lemongrass and rosemary reed diffusers .
Well packaged , a treat for yourself or a present for family or friends.
The smell is beautiful, constant and they seem to last forever compared to other brands .
I’ve recently had a minor issue and I’ve been looked after by Charlotte . Nothing has been too much trouble, pleasant polite and a breath of fresh air to deal with .
I’ll certainly be back to buy more ✨

Love these diffusers!!
I have been using Valentte diffusers for some time now. I like all of their fragrances. However, Turkish Rose & Sandlewood is by far my favourite. It lasts in the air without being overpowering. It is rich, sumptuous and warm. Just ordered another two to stock up!!

What can I say valentte is one of the best products I’ve ever bought , everyone that enters my home
Asks what that smell is and that it’s beautiful , I got the amazing deal starter pack I got all the same scent rosemary and lemongrass it’s absolutely outstanding, most reed defusers last a day and run out of smell and have no smell what so ever after that , valentte is so strong it fills the whole house , my favourite part is the day is coming come opening the door and the smell hitting me in the face , it is fabulous very highly recommended, I have two dogs they get groomed regularly but sometimes I can smell them when I come home
Not any longer , I can’t wait to try other scents when all of this run out , if you want long lasting scents you have to try you won’t be disappointed

Absolutely love these products
Absolutely love these products. Always been one to purchase reed diffusers for my home, but Valentte products stand head and shoulders above my previous diffuser. Love the Lemongrass and Rosemary for the kitchen area and the Bergamot and Lemon for the rest of my home.
The gift boxes are beautifully packed and make a lovely gift (already given two gift boxes to friends). I personally highly recommend these products.

Love love love Valenette diffusers they come beautifully packaged and they last, as in the scent throw is long lasting and smells divine. They are so much more affordable than highly priced ones on the market but longer lasting. They also do amazing deals on refills. Its a wonderful British brand that rivals any of the big overpriced well known brands. The Co are a pleasure to deal with. I get so many compliments on how lovely my home smells. Great company and products
Everything smells gorgeous and unlike many other diffusers the smell lasts for ages. For the first time ever some bottles arrived broken (postman smelt fantastic!) - couldn't have been easier to contact Valentte and replacements arrived within 2 days. Very helpful and friendly. No hesitation in ordering from them again and recommending them. The diffusers come beautifully boxed and make great presents.

At last fragrances that linger! Having spent a ridiculous amount of time and money I’ve finally found diffusers that deliver. I’ve been so happy I’ve even recommended them to my friends - all who’ve agreed with me.
It’s an added bonus that if you don’t like the fragrance you can swap them for free which means I’m happy to try different scents when the mood takes me.

We placed our first order which arrived…
We placed our first order which arrived well packaged and quickly. We increased our order value to take advantage of free postage and gift, however the free gift didn't arrive. We emailed the Support team regarding this who apologised and stated it would be sent with our next order. We explained we shouldn't have to place a second order to receive the gift promised on our first order but they won't send it. Having asked for this to be escalated to management, we haven't heard back in 4 weeks. What started out excellent service has plummeted to appalling service.
We have changed our rating from 1 to 5 after being in contact with Lucy, she very kindly sorted the issue giving a full explanation and would be investigating the circumstances leading to our problem. Lucy has certainly given us a 5 star service which she strives for within the company.
Thank you for your time and consideration we appreciate it very much.
