Quick !! Same case other suppliers , ridiculous delivery times . You said 2 days , was actually 3 , but great service . Holding stock and quick shipping gets you sales … keep at it !!

Good to find delivery to the Channel…
Good to find delivery to the Channel Islands. Delivery was however VERY expensive give that Royal Mail will deliver at a fraction of that cost. Delivery was also delayed twice no explanation other than ‘unexpected delay’

Happy customer
We had a very small delivery window and the case arrived on time. Having used the Samsung case was very hard wearing and looked just as good when we returned after 11 weeks traveling on local transport around India and Sri Lanka

The colour I ordered went out of stock, but I had a phone call to apologise and confirm new stock would be in next week. Didn't need it urgently so that was fine. And bag arrived the following week as promised. Appreciate the proactive communication. Great service! Will definitely use Valise Luggage again!

Very pleased with quality
Speedy delivery of suitcases.
Pleased with quality of Bric luggage but haven’t actually tested them yet.
Was a little alarmed to read Bric only guarantee for lifetime if bought from them directly … hope Valise carries the same guarantee, but only time will tell.
