Quick !! Same case other suppliers , ridiculous delivery times . You said 2 days , was actually 3 , but great service . Holding stock and quick shipping gets you sales … keep at it !!

Need to up customer service game
It took 4 days for my backpack to arrive when i paid for next day delivery. Issue is i had to call up to chase just to be told only warehouse have in stock and first option i was given was a refund! They just couldnt be bothered to resolve issue. No names given.

Very impressed with the service provided!
We ordered two samsonite suitcases and expressed the urgency with which we needed them delivered as we had to travel and we were contacted immediately to make sure we would get the suitcases on time. Dpd had mistakingly sent only one of the suitcases and when we informed Tom he contacted us within 10 minutes with a solution and the second one was delivered that same evening. Really grateful and impressed with the service, would definitely recommend and purchase from them again!

Misdelivered, with false report from DPD
Parcel wasn't delivered to us, DPD driver left a clearly false report to cover it up and there was no information on the emails about what to do about it. The next day, and after a lot of hassle, we registered it with DPD and Valise got them to investigate (DPD do nothing unless supplier is involved). Finally a local from a different road and postcode came round with it, saying it had been left out in the rain outside her house. I'm really grateful to have the parcel and that Valise chased it on a Saturday and rang to reassure me, but DPD's performance and some of the information about handling non-delivery could do with significant improvement.

Wrong case sent first time
Delivery was delayed as they initially sent the wrong case. The correct item was send and the wrong one collected at the same time.
Overall though the case arrived in under a week.

Paid extra for next day delivery - it never arrived!
Paid extra for next day delivery, it never arrived, I cancelled the order the package arrived later on, I waited in all day for it to be picked up & the courier never arrived. I am not giving up more time. Unacceptable. My time is precious.

Easy order process and Quick delivery. Would have liked to order two cases but not in stock and system did not permit advanced order. Package arrived completely boxed for protection.

Customer service at its best
There was a hiccup with dpd delivery and when i called your office the gentleman who answered the phone was nothing but amazing. Customer service at irs best. Je went above and beyond. I have nothing but high praises. Sorey i was 8n a mess and confused so cant remeber hos name

Great brands at competitive prices
Great brands at competitive prices. The website is very user friendly and for cabin luggage it also gave the current sizes for various carriers. Our case arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I would recommend this site for buying luggage and will definitely use again.
