patheic excuse for a company. ive had them less than a month and they are making me jump through tons of hoops no other company has made me do. they take zero responsibility for anything and pass everything off to the customer. very upset i have no choice in the matter of who my mortgage is sold to.

Don't jack up my mortgage payment by 250 a month within the first 3 months of taking over my mortgage. fictitious shortfalls of an escrow acct. no one returns emails. you changed my email address associated with my acct because you couldnt send docusign documents for some reason to my original one. its big one big fiasco since you took over my loan. not happy at all. but you dont care as long as you get more money.

When we first applied for the loan
When we first applied for the loan, they required us to have separate email address; whereas, for the past 42 years we have shared the same email. A couple of times when we tried to sign the required paperwork, we would receive an error message. In addition, all of the estimates and charges were way off. We closed on a Monday at 9:00 am and asked our closer and the Valon employee who processed our loan if we would need to make the May payment and were told not to. The funds were not released until Friday at 5:00 pm, which you would have thought the funds would have been available earlier in the day since we closed at 9:00 am on Monday. Since the funds were not released until 5:00 pm on the 15th, we received an email the next day from Valon stating that the payment was past due. Needless to say, we made a payment on the 17th and received an email from Valon on May 18th stating that our previous mortgage had been paid in full. It is currently the 24th of May and we are still waiting on a credit for the payment.

It was a long hard process. I felt discouraged and hurt that it took so long but Drew kept my spirits up. For that is the only reason I am giving it 5 stars. Also Miguel is very sweet as well! Drew brought me to the finish line!!! Thank you Drew!!

Computer glitch occurred according to a live person when I finally was able to talk w someone. I was told this kept anyone getting back to me. Very unorganized and I wish I had not gotten this loan. I had trouble with the application trying to do this at work. I was told twice the application was ready for the next section by staff (once u get past AI) and it was not.Customer service finally figured out the issue. Very poor experience.

I keep receiving requests for more information on my condo unit's flood policy coverage. I submit what is requested, and confirm via phone that what I have provided is sufficient. Months later, I received an email asking for more information. This happened several times. This happens repeatedly each year.
