Very difficult navigating the portal and very little help from office. In fact, three apps expired while I tried to get things going. I am already a Valon customer and would have expected much better help.

Wow!!! What a quick and easy process.

When I talked to a person the response and service level was outstanding. My AI experience was not good. I felt rushed by the AI process and as a result I made a mistake and my process was delayed by days.

Loan application was a simple process, loan officer very helpful and trustworthy, followed up in a timely fashion and kept me up dated concerning timeline

Easy and fast

There were many employees involved in process and nobody was on the same page. We constantly got emails and messages with conflicting requests and solutions. Every time we called, we got a new agent and they gave us different directions. There should be ONE person in charge of each client, not a "tag team" who is not on the same page. This was one of the most frustrating companies we have ever worked with.

This was a horrible experience. First of all, you turned me down and then said it was a mistake when my lawyer son reminded you it was against the law to discriminate on the basis of sex and age. Emails were sent out daily asking for items that had been long ago submitted. It was virtually impossible to talk to someone as even when you were waiting, you would soon be hung up on. You tried to steer me to a Heloc because of the higher costs and then had to start over to process as refinance. With an over 800 credit rating, a net worth of over $2million & annual income of over $150,000, they drug their feet and treated me like a pauper using the excuse of underwriting required it. It was delay, delay, delay ad nauseam I was given closing dates 3 or 4 times & finally I borrowed against my stock margin because of the delays

Easy to set up an account but somehow hard to make a payment. Took days to receive an email that the bank account linked was not working.
