Value Checkers Avis 

A little dubious as I had never made an insurance claim before and never heard of value checkers. Also unsure why I had to send my item off after showing evidence BUT as soon as value checkers took over the process they were amazing. Fast, efficient, helpful and kept me up to date through the whole process.
It was so easy and the team were amazing and what I liked best was that there were no long phone calls going through AI messages in circles. They really were amazing!!! Absolutely well deserved 5 star rating!!! Very grateful to them

I had good communication. Actually speaking to a real person who on each occasion was both helpful and polite was unexpected and refreshing. Each conversation was light hearted as well as professional. The Comms included Email and Texts which was a pleasant surprise. The only reason I never gave 5 stars was that the business went to sleep for a couple of weeks and forgot to order my lens... That said, when I contacted them they got right on it. Overall I was impressed and the experience was positive throughout....

Value Checkers we literally amazing. I must also thank Dani for her assistance, she deserves a shout out for her first class customer service! My daughter had an accident with her laptop that she uses for education and it has been traumatic for her. To have our claim sorted and a replacement within the week is truly remarkable. These guys are amazing. I’ll be honest my insurers were comfortable to delay the process but value checkers kept me informed by personal text day in day out and worked with me to get my repairs done as soon as possible. To have someone physically texting me having a proper conversation day in day out rather than an automated service is unheard of these days and very refreshing. I would recommend to anyone needing a good service. Not only that they used real apple products to repair and I genuinely think my MacBook works better now than it did before.
