Very helpful!
I spoke at length to a very helpful gentleman called Ahmed who walked me through every step of my account and my choice options also putting me in touch with useful reading so that I could gain my own knowledge. Not remotely patronising even though I think I was asking daft questions.

Excellent Customer Service
I have experienced outstanding customer service today from Ahmed. He was very patient with me and gave me clear instructions navigating my Vanguard account.
He recognised a spelling error in my Vanguard account and was extremely helpful in rectifying the problem.
All correspondence via Vanguard ie messaging or telephone calls I have found to be to very helpful, prompt replies and easy to sort any queries.

I cannot praise this company highly…
I cannot praise this company highly enough. The staff including Giorgio, Matt and others I have spoken to were extremely helpful. They talked me through every step,as I'm not as tech savvy, and as fast as I used to be. Very polite, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. The best company I have ever dealt with. Great products on offer too, and I'm so pleased I chose their company. Not to mention getting through on the freephone line within about 1 minute. Great to speak to humans, especially one's who genuinely care.

Recently opened a Vanguard account and…
Recently opened a Vanguard account and incorrectly opened the wrong account - didnt really have a clue what i needed to do to get my money into the correct fund. I called up and spoke with Ahmed who was so professional, explained everything in laymens terms and was incredibly helpful - fantastic customer service!!!

Just spoke to Ahmed as needed help putting an ISA transfer into my Vangard S&S ISA
I got through to speaking to him very quickly (no long hold like a lot of companies) and he very easily directed me through the process.

Neena was extremely helpful
Neena was extremely helpful, very considerate, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to speak to her on both occasions about my transferred pension options. Neena was able to help me navigate the computer systems in place. All the employees I have spoken to have been very helpful and so far customer service has been exceptional.
