Excellent service once again!
This was my third call with the Vanguard team and yet again the experience was spot on. This time I spoke to Liam regarding the final part of me drawing down my pension.
Everything was well explained and concise in it's explanation.
Again due to my age I am thmo say the least pretty poor at filling in forms online but Liam was great and made it so easy for me to understand and navigate my way through it.

I am looking to take my Tax Free cash…
I am looking to take my Tax Free cash from my pension with Vanguard, due to legislation, despite working in financial services, I had to have a telephone call to ensure I understood the choices I was making and any consequences from my choice. The process was easy, Kamran was prompt to call me at the chosen time and appreciated that I had a very good understanding of the choices due to my employment and made the call easy.

Excellent customer service
I have been in contact with Vanguard twice in the last couple of weeks about withdrawals from my account. On both occasions I was lucky that my call was answered by Monica. She has been so helpful in explaining how to carry out the transactions I was trying to undertake, guiding me through the process step by step. On both occasions she followed up our call with a message of confirmation. I will be asking for her in the future.
I can highly recommend this firm. The staff are always very professional and helpful.
