I really like the customer service chat on vanguard. it's fast, efficient and most importantly human - the team understand the nuance of the question and are really clear in their response - recently had Luke respond to a queiry so quickly and clearly - customer service is where so many companies loose trust - well played Vanguard and Luke for making me feel like an actual customer again!!!

Withdrawals
I am withdrawing funds for the first time and I was able to do this through the app very efficiently. I had a telephone appointment with Oliver. He very clearly and professionally talked me through all the necessary questions about withdrawing money. Oliver was incredibly patient and thorough and also really listened to what I required. He talked and guided me through the process for which I am very grateful. I am dealing with a lot of different organisations at the moment and Oliver’s helpfulness really stood out.

I had a pre-booked call regarding drawing down some of my pension and I was contacted promptly by Neena who went through the process and options clearly. Neena gave the process timeline, the next steps I could expect and an approximate date when I could expect the money. I have been really pleased with the way my pension pot has grown with Vanguard and very happy with the help provided by the lovely Neena. The whole process took just over a week from call to money in my bank.
