Ordered 2 pick ups
Ordered 2 pick ups, paid deposits, was informed that the 2 pick up had my name on them and that I could hand my old pickup back to the leasing company, this was going too same me money.
Returned my old lease pick up at a cost to me, them was informed they cannot deliver the 2 orders I made, leaving me out of pocket and no vehicle. Asked for a transcript of the telephone conversation where they informed me to return my current leased vehicle. But never got transcript, just got excuses everytime I phoned.

Hi Stuart, thank you for your feedback on your experience with us, I would firstly like to apologise for the complications with your order, we had every intention of fulfilling this order and providing you with the pick-ups but due to us being let down by the brand we could not. As a broker we can get prices that will beat a lot of local dealers but sadly, in rare cases, we are let down by those brands/suppliers. We had tried to locate the same/similar vehicles from our range of connections but due to the price and specification of the pickup it was impossible. Our only option to proceed was to return your deposit, no questions asked, as the order could not be complete. We know as excuses go, the brand letting us down is a simple one, but this deal had fallen through for many businesses across the UK.
We completely understand your frustration and this not the customer experience we want anyone to have with us. This feedback has been noted and will proceed with caution when dealing with the brand in the future.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for your experience and we hope to possibly prove ourselves to you in the future.
Truly brilliant service
I would like to say a big thank you to you all my vehicle was delayed but each month I reseaved a phone call about the delay. The vehicle was delivered in December by a lovely gentleman the van was very clean with fuel in,
I'm super pleased with the van it's a pleasure to drive. What a lovely touch from VW with the cleaning products I would highly recommend this company if your looking for commercial vehicle.

Customer service from vanzone was great, although our vehicle was delayed by no fault of their own, they allowed us to cancel and receive a partial refund. Would use them again when my next vehicle is due for renewal..

Simon Williams in sales was brilliant…
Simon Williams in sales was brilliant from the off. He listened to our requirements and directed us to the right van for us. Yes -we had to wait for delivery but it was no different to what our local dealer was offering and Vanzone were far more friendly and offered a more cost effective price.
We were kept updated with delivery and van is just what wanted and the delivery driver great too. We will be back!!!

I've had 3 vans off of Vanzone now…
I've had 3 vans off of Vanzone now since 2020, they are extremely well priced and really try to get you the best deal they can. I've seen other reviews complaining about lead times, I have to say that some times this is inevitable and entirely out of their control. They always keep you updated with the most up to date information they have. I will keep going back to Vanzone

Very straight forward company to…
Very straight forward company to purchase a new van from . Good price, very helpful employees from start ti finish. Van was delivered by a employee who could only be described as a true gentleman. When arrived the van only had 69 miles on the clock and was as described as brand new. Would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle in the future from this company and would ,most definitely recommend them.

MISLEADING
BE CAREFUL !!!!
Was told van was in stock. They took deposit and now told van s are not kept in stock they are just a broker . They take £1000 deposit then make you wait months for the van or cancel which you lose £1000 deposit in doing so. We are still waiting for the van ordered mid August . Very misleading. Unless Vanzone do anything to change my opinion then I would certainly NOT recommend doing business with them
I will keep updating as we progress.

Although we disagree with the review completely.
The vehicle arrived 10 days late and appreciate this was not ideal however this delay was no fault of Vanzone’s and it was a delay with the Manufacturer and was out of our control.
The deposit was refunded in full and our team done everything they could to try and get this date moved forward.
Apologies this delivery and experience didn’t meet your expectations.

1st Class service from start to finish
1st Class service from start to finish. Jay at sales and Christina in admin were very professional and helpful in the process of buying my new Citroen relay L4H3. Buying a brand new pre registered van also saved me a few hundred pounds. The process involving online forms and setting up the van delivery was effortless.The delivery driver was a very pleasant person as well he walked round the van with me as we done the handover. I will be back for another van soon.
