Been using this company for a while now…
Been using this company for a while now under there old name and new name. Never once have I had problem, any questions I've had have been answered within reasonable times, deliveries have always been on time. Thanks Andy keep up the good work mate

Don't use, they will take your money and just completely ignore you.
Tracking was added to my order over 2 weeks ago, yet no parcel has been sent. They completely ignore emails.

Well hello there Timmy! So your order was placed on December 30, 2023 @ 4:56 pm. As you should of been aware, with all the NOTICES ON THE WEBSITE we was closed then so no one was at work or manning the emails because we would love a week off work drinking loads and getting very over weight. Your order was shipped out on the 2nd but stuck in the system for a few days as you chose 48 hr tracked service during the Christmas period - Classic! Very sorry you had to leave this 1 star review, with the thousands of orders we send out each month we are bound to get a few. Regards
Don’t bother unless you like lies and long delivery
These used to be called bestcigliquid. They’ve renamed to VapeIQ. Their products are the same but more expensive and their customer service has gone even further down the swanny to match!
I thought I’d give them a second chance after using them last year paying for 24 hour tracked delivery and my order not been sent for over a week! I emailed them and they repeatedly lied saying it had been shipped 🤥
Thought maybe it was a 1 off! Ordered again on the 18th of December (their website claimed the 20th was the last chance to order for 24hour delivery) I ordered the 18th paid for the 24 hour delivery and only now on the 4th January I’ve had my order AFTER I sent an angry email to which they’ve not even bothered to reply to!!
My own fault for using them again but even over the Xmas and new year 2.5 weeks for delivery when I ordered BEFORE their Xmas delivery cut off is an absolute p*ss take! It’s not even about Christmas postage it’s just pure laziness and bad business.
Won’t have my money again and any one reading this I suggest you spend yours elsewhere.
Shame as a little bit of honesty and sticking to their own words is all it takes to be a good company. I won’t even use these liquids now as I don’t trust them after having to write a strongly worded email.

Hello the Robloxking are you old enough to even vape? Very sorry your order took so long to be with you, i know how very frustrating that can be. The products are cheaper that the BCL site, im not sure if you know how much it actually costs to produce liquid, Pay staff, pay rents, bottle it & ship it a 5va a bottle is crazy, so you want it less? Well, the flavour ban will more or less kick in at some point soon s o im sure you will be over here buying a years worth and still complain. All the breast.
