Really good reliable company, fast &efficient service and always on hand to answer any queries. Highly recommend.

I have regularly purchased variety vape products from them and their after sale customer service is up to the mark they look after their customers . I had few incidents and they have managed to sort the issues very quickly and efficiently. And like to do business continuously with them .

This shop is amazing. They did what I asked in an order comments and the delivery was very fast. I received my order the next day. Definitely will order again.

Excellent Customer Service - Highly Recommended!

I recently had an issue with a parcel from Vape UK Wholesale being stolen during transit. While this was an unfortunate situation, I was incredibly impressed with how the team handled it. From the moment I reached out, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely eager to resolve the matter.

They went above and beyond to investigate the issue and, without hesitation, arranged for a replacement to be sent out. The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.

I’ve been a customer for a while, and this experience has solidified my trust in Vape UK Wholesale. They not only offer great products at competitive prices, but their customer service is second to none. I’ll definitely continue to buy from them and recommend them to others.

Thank you again to the team for your fantastic support!
