Vaprzon Avis 

I have been a long time customer with Vaprzon for years back when it was just Halo and never had an issue. Recently, things went completely left! I have still not received my last 2 orders from them. Not sure WTH is going on with them on their shipping end lately, but I don't even receive UPS notifications anymore when shipped. Communication with Vaprzon is a complete joke since you can't call anyone. All you can do is send an email to the support team, and it takes several days if not longer to get a response or no response at all. So disappointed.

I placed an order on 12/08/25. As of 12/19/25 I have not heard one thing about my order. I tried calling Vaprzon but that falls on deaf ears. Numerous emails do not work either. When logging into their system, I receive "you haven't placed any orders yet" under Order History. BUT, Vapzron was QUICK to charge my credit card.

You cannot speak to a representative and they do not respond to emails. Very disappointed- horrible service!

I have been doing business with Halo and Vaprzon for many years now and have had nothing but good results. I recently placed an order I made a mistake on ( ordered 00 mg and wanted 18 mg), and immediately sent out an email to correct my order. The next day I received and email telling me it had already shipped and to allow it to be returned and they would correct the order and resend it. They did just that. This was not their mistake but they didn't charge me any additional shipping. Competing in a ruthless market, complying with an onslaught of government regulation and still delivering the best e-juice I've had I think their doing well for their customers.

They don't call you back when emailed. It took me a long time to type this with. One left finger and lost right side. I guess this place isn't for disabilities I guess I'll cancel.

I would give Vaprzn zero stars if I could. The customer service is dreadful - if you can get a hold of anyone! They don't back up their products. Overall, terrible experience. Do not recommend!

They keep jacking up the prices of everything. When I ordered my halo zero kit, it was $35 per kit, $5 per replacement pod. Now they're $100 per kit, and $10 per pod. Mind you, this is for a product that leaks half your liquid after just a few hits! I understand that inflation has been difficult, but doubling the price of your product all of a sudden is disgusting.

Horrid customer service. Cannot get a hold of them via email, phone, chat and even contacting Halo. They sent two dead batteries and will not respond to any of my requests for credit or two new batteries, which I am once again buying for $54.00. I don’t care how good their product is, if the customer care is horrible it reflects badly on the product.

Have used Vaprzon for several years. Their rep, Luke, always provides excellent customer service.

Great company!! I have been ordering for years and always get great quality products and excellent service! Never had a problem and I highly recommend them. This is how a company should run, Vaprzon is a great example of a successful company!

Great company to deal with they treat me on a personal basis ALWAYS.

I have been getting juice from this company for a couple of years now. i have to say they are the best; they will go over and beyond to help you. Luke in customer service is amazing. Every time i have had a question or a problem he helps me right away. Order from this company i promise you won't be disappointed.

Yeah.. going on 4 weeks tomorrow without seeing my order or any sign of of it being shipped. I have been very patient but wow, Luke kept saying “oh this week it will be shipped” “oh next week” “Late next week” now it’s Late next, next, next week and still nothing. He has not replied to my emails. I have dealt with this before with another weak company and will get my money back..

Shipping was an issue, took 4 weeks to receive my order. Shipping company said it was delivered a week earlier. Luke from Vaprzon assisted me and he was excellent. My product was delivered the next day after communicating with Luke.

Am getting pretty fed up -- and the reviews here don't exactly give me any sense of solace that I'll receive my order any time soon, if ever. Their tracking is a joke: why should I have to download a separate app (that doesn't work, by the way) to find where my order is? On their site, it says 'fulfilled,' so...where is it? I paid quite a bit for shipping and will definitely dispute this with the credit card company if this isn't delivered to me. Will never use Vaprzon again.

Just ordered for the very first time in Aug. I have no idea WHY it takes more than 3 weeks to send a package less than 300 miles, but that’s how long it took, after charging me $15 to ship a $13 order? Seriously, 3 ea $5 trial bottles cost me $32 shipped?! No one at Vaprzon seems surprised by this, warning me via email that delivery could have taken 3-6 WEEKS for their “courier” to find my house? I get that USPS and UPS don’t deliver anymore, but I’m able to get vapes from other resellers without all this amateur nonsense. You’d e a fool not to AVOID this place considering all the unanswered NEGATIVE reviews from this willfully ignorant business.

I used to order from Halocigs directly and never had a problem for over 5 years. But every order since Vaprzon took over it has been a horrible experience after horrible experience. No order confirmation is ever sent or receipt, status forever shows unfulfilled, when I contact them they say its shipped, when I ask for the tracking info I paid for, they say its not available due to technical issues. If i ask for a refund, they refuse, extremely bad customer service, horrible shipping process. I don't know how a company like this is allowed to be in business.

Aside from the ridiculous signature charge and delivery times because of our stupid new laws vaprzone is a legit service. Its literally the only way to get Halo liquid delivered to my door so I'm not complaining too much.

Excellent product. It takes a very long time to receive it.
The ugly part is the delivery guy, he pulled in my driveway and I had to wait for him haha I can't believe it. I wanted to give a second chance to this company but the delivery person is beyond being rude and act like he is doing us a favor. Only this it's enough to give up to your product cause you guys can't handle to pay someone more skilled about delivery. He also pulled in my driveway blocking me to enter my house!! Good bye Vaprzon it has been a second awful experience.

Although I have read quite a few bad things about Vaprzon at Trustpilot, my experience was very good and excellent. It took 7 business days to receive my order. The delivery man was very friendly. There is a huge difference in the quality of Halo products over others I've had to try. Thanks, and kudos to Vaprzon.
