I feel much better!
I feel much better drinking this in the morning instead of tea or coffee. Better focus, easier on the stomach. I have mine with half water half milk. Nice chocolate flavour for the colder mornings. I have done some research and I believe the ingredients can have positive long term effects on the brain and body.
