It’s expensive but a package will last for months, maybe even half a year!

Amazing product 9/10 product
I really like this product nice flavour and not bitty great after taste and slightly morish after the first mug. I actually trialed two types of mushroom warm beverages and the mushroom Gold came first in my review. It was based on taste, texture, after taste and Cognitive alertness after 20 minutes. The Mushroom Gold was nice consistency with a lovely chocolate flavor no bitterness and just sweet enough with nothing needing added. The texture was smooth and rich with no mushroom earthy flavour to put you off the beverage. I felt more alert everyday of drinking it. I would recommend to other people. I would give the overall score of 9/10 and would keep purchasing this amazing product. Thank you.

Honestly thought this was gonna be a fad, but after a week of drinking it with a little coffee in work I feel great, I feel wired for hours almost like drugs but without any of the downsides, didn't get any jitters or crashes like with coffee.
Only downside is the price is quite high

The hot chocolate is honestly so good! My brother tried some to calm him down whilst working, and he said he really noticed the difference.
You would not know it has all the good stuff in there - the free trial is such a great option to try, and I hope VM might consider a student discount in future / special offers would help too as the product is expensive.

Good product, but misleading subscription and no customer support
The product itself is good, but the company’s approach to subscriptions is extremely deceiving. I unknowingly ended up signed up for a subscription and nowhere in the checkout process could I find where I agreed to this. I hadn’t even used half of the first bag before another one arrived and my card was charged again.
When I tried to sort it out, the website was incredibly frustrating: no customer service, no option to cancel the order, and no clear way to open or manage an account. The “sign in” just keeps looping in circles. In the end, I had no choice but to accept the second bag and then cancel a subscription I never knowingly agreed to , still without being able to speak to anyone.
Be very careful when ordering from this company. The product might be fine, but the lack of transparency and customer support really let it down.
I received an email from VarietyMode to encourage to change my rating, which I replied to as to why I cannot do so as the issue remains the same.
