Both tires on the scooter were flat…
Both tires on the scooter were flat when it was delivered to me. I repumped the tires, but the rear tire continues to deflate gradually, despite my minimal usage and frequent re-pumping of the scooter. It's been trying to get customer service to fix the issue, but no luck so far.
About what I expected...
The battery life is less than advertised.
Promised weight was 66 lbs. Delivery weight 87 lbs.
I asked a question earlier about rear wheel wobble & instability to crickets chirping.
I wanted the puncture less tires to avoid flats, but the tires are stiff & handling subpar.

Our scooter came quickly and well packaged. It was easy to put together. We were out riding in minutes. This is our second Varla Eagle one V2. Great quality! Substantial enough for large humans. The big tires handle rough terrain. Very smooth ride.
Speed and suspension is great but faulty display
Speed and suspension is great. However, the battery display is faulty. Cannot rely on it to tell me how much charge is left. I am basically forced to estimate it from the miles I traveled so far. Which is very annoying to do. I need to reset the odometer after every full charge.
Freya was a great help
Freya was a great help. Ive been going back and forth with the company getting the parts i need to fix my scooter, and by far this has been the easiest trip. Thank you for always being #1 varla.

I own 9 scooters including 3 varlas so far
I own 9 scooters including hyper scooters. I am on my 3rd Varla. I have had 2 pegasus and 1 eagle one pro. I have worked with Mark and Leo from customer service over the years. Varla customer service is exceptional compared to most other companies and there is never a language barrier. They are also very fair in their claims process, and timely in responses. To put it short, Varla is about the best quality you can get for mid level scooters. Upper mid level quality for lower mid level prices. The eagle one pro uses a lot of the same parts as higher end scooters such as teverun.

Sylvia helped solve an issue with what ended up being a dead battery. We appreciate the simple steps to troubleshoot and get the part replaced that was this issue. My son is happy to ride again.
No delivery info
Hard to understand exactly what I was ordering on the website. No very descriptive. Also, you have no idea when the part will arrive, a confirmation email that the order was placed came out but nothing following and no idea where it is coming from.
The Varla team doesn’t disappoint
The Varla team doesn’t disappoint. I had technical problems with my Varla and send a message to support and Sylvia answered in less than a day. I’m happy with the fast the responded and how quick they found a way to fix my problem. Sylvia was a very nice and helpful person thank Varla for making every day better for me.

I needed a part that wasn't shown on the website. I sent Leo a email at customer supports and within a few hours he'd created a clickable link to purchase the part from the Varla factory. I am very pleased.
Varla Team are the best
Varla Team are the best , I have not experienced any frustrations within communications for getting parts for my 2 Varla Scooters. They have helped always to assist. One has to be patient for the deliveries especially if this is a Hobby, it is exciting . Everyone love my Scooters - Varla is the BMW of Scooters 👍👍
Varla Pegasus Is Problem Scooter
Ordered Varla Pegasus scooter April 1st 2025. The scooter itself is nice looking and very sturdy as far as the build. The first scooter arrived with flat rear tire, rust and corrosion all over bootton, sand and dirt on it from previously being ridden. Returned it for exchange and recieved 2nd scooter with same rear flat back tire, and wonky lcd screen. Had to pay 125 dollars to have tire fixed by professional and no one wants to deal with these scooters cause they are a pain. Varla did not reimburse me for fixing tire and just sent weird text that are not clear on whether they ever will. If you try to leave negative review on their website they will not post it and public will never see it. I Do Not Recommend Varla company to buy a scooter because your scooter will have issues on arrival and there will lots of back and forth nonsense that will get you ultimately nowhere. Even if they do exchange scooter like they did me you will get different scooter with same problem or even worse problems. After almost 3 weeks I was able to rIde scooter for first time but only because I paid to have it fixed myself. I still dont really know if the battery is good because I haven't ridden it but once. I believe that the varla pegasus scooters that are on sale now are all defective from sitting in warehouse so long and they are just trying to get rid of as many as they can. Unless you like uneccessary headache and aggravation get your scooter from sonewhere that will not be hassle if something is wrong with it like Amazon.
Don’t underestimate the value of great customer service
I bought a Varla Pegasus for my grandson. I have my own Eagle One for two years now and it is fantastic. I ride it almost every day. The reason I stayed with Varla is the strong build of their scooters, and of course their customer service. They have not let me down. Sylvia is fantastic, and I have dealt with her on several occasions. Extremely professional and accommodating. Unfortunately the Pegasus arrived with a defective battery…... these things happen, but it is how the company deals with the issue that is important. I emailed Sylvia right away and the first thing she wrote to me, was “not to worry.” I can’t emphasize enough how reassuring it is to hear that after you have a problem. Sylvia arranged for pick up and they shipped me a new one as soon as they got confirmation that the old one was on its way back. When you’re shopping for a new scooter, it is important to know the company you’re dealing with. I highly recommend Varla, and their customer service is second to none.
