The ugly face of online trading

Due to system restrictions, I must register 1 stars; the real figure is -20 stars. Paid £120 for three items. What turn up are some garbs that I would not even give to a charity. To the folks at Vchics, you are in breach of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 (1968 c 29) where The Act aims to prevent businesses from making false or misleading statements about goods and services they offer. Since I do not expect the company to do anything about the issue ( other than rhythmic mantra of vague apologies), I am tempted to ask the UK government to apply a 200% tariff on the imports of these odious items.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star so disgusted with the product. Nothing like the pictures. I ordered cable jumper as a gift recieved a cheap printed hoody.
Wish I'd looked at the reviews before buying.

Beautiful clothes

The products look fabulous and I can't wait to receive them. I am a little concerned however because I haven't received an order number or shipping information. This has caused me slight anxiety because I ordered Christmas gifts for my family.
But your products are beautiful and I can hardly wait to receive them.

I didn't like that there was not enough…

I didn't like that there was not enough pictures, ex: no pictures of the front or vice versa. Don't really know what to expect until I receive my items

I just bought a snowflake Christmas…

I just bought a snowflake Christmas dress, I want to return but have no way to know the process! It was a cheap print on a poorly made fabric and not anything like the picture! What a waste of money and time. Don’t order from this site I would give it no stars if it was an option 😡

Do Not Buy

When I finally received what I ordered it was NOTHING at all like they show on their website. It was to be a cardigan sweater but what came wasn't no sweater it was the cheapest material and looked nothing like the picture on website and I paid $70 for this. I emailed the company wanting my money back and a return slip to mail it back. But they want me to take a picture and then they will decide what to do. WRONG I need to return and get my money back. And their support system SUCKS!!!

The photos are absolutely nothing like…

The photos are absolutely nothing like the real garment. I’ve paid £50 for what looked like a warm thick long Celtic coat and it’s been made out of the thinnest fabric ever. It’s an absolute SCAM. Disgusting

So many illegitimate sites

So many illegitimate sites! Ive researched now 20 of these sites. Fake AI photos with the same models modeling in the same pose, different AI produced clothing with multiple colors and patterns. Actual great looking clothes that don't exist. DONT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE WITHOUT MAKING SURE IT EXISTS!! When you can't find a similar item from a legit site, IT IS FAKE! Don't believe me? Go ahead, order that perfectly designed sweater, dress, or coat. They've probably made millions on American consumerism.

I have had a terrible experience with…

I have had a terrible experience with this company! I never received the top I ordered ( they kept telling me that it was “stuck in customs”…) finally, after several weeks, I requested a refund…I have never received a refund! I will NEVER do business with them again!

Awful awful

Please please stay away from this company. I ordered two thick knit jumpers from them. Paid £70.08. Which i thought was good for a proper knitted thick Icelandic jumper.
But I got 2 nylon tops with a print of the design on the tops. Reported this and never got an answer.
So rang paypal lucky enough i paid through them. As soon as I said who it was they straight away gave me my refund.
People please stay well clear of this awful company. Trading standards have been informed.

Don’t ever order anything from here

Don’t ever order anything from here. And PayPal doesn’t stick up for their customers at all. I ordered a sweater for Halloween on October 21 and I never received it by the 28th which it said on their website that I would have it by Halloween. I never received the item and it shows that it’s shipped and came to me. They refunded me at PayPal and then took the money back in favor of the customer so now I’m out almost $50 for nothing.

Total Scam

Less than one star. My wife ordered a dress, sort of a costume style, and what arrived a few weeks later was a printed smock. Terrible quality. When I asked for a refund, they said it was shipped from China, and a 20% discount was all they could offer. When pressed for the refund, they upped the discount to 30%, as if I will every shop there again.

Didn’t look like anything in the picture and I can’t return the item

The dress I bought for £40 looked nothing like the picture. It was literally a printed out pattern on some cheap fabric. Also very bad sewing work as well. And I can’t return the dress no matter how many calls and emails I send. I recommend not to buy anything off Vchics.

The product doesn't look like the advertisement at all, the material is poor quality, and the designs are printed not sewn into the fabric. I could not be more disappointed in my purchase and will be seeking a refund.

Scandinavian Spirit at its finest.

All selections maintained true to the Scandinavian/ Norse traditional culture. It is hard to find true culture apparel that isn't going to cost you your first born child and an animal sacrifice. The only negative I have is that there was no guarantee on delivery dates given or even an estimate of when things will arrive.
