It’s a scam

It’s a scam, the sweater that I ordered is not knitted, it’s a print out cheap fabric.
Requested a refund and didn’t hear from them

This is the worst quality product I…

This is the worst quality product I have ever received. I purchased a knit sweater dress. It's screenprinted to look like it might be a knit dress but the quality of the sweatshirt is also poor. Its not even screenprinted on cotton. Its so ugly and nothing as pictured on the website. I've requested a refund so many times and they keep offering me a coupon for more garbage merchandise. The last email I got indicated they've received so many requests for refunds they cannot refund me right now. Its absurd. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They will not fix the mistakes they make they expect the customer to take the loss

I ordered a costume and what they sent me was not even correct .. I contacted them they expect me to take the loss they will not fix their mistake or refund me my $$

I wish I could give them a negative 10. What I ordered is nothing at all what I received an they won't answer emails calls or anything . They are a massive scam I was took for 90.98 cents.. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM research good before you buy anything .

I ordered a dress for Halloween and I still haven’t recieved it. It said it was delivered and put in the box but it wasn’t there when I got home. It’s a month now and I’m still waiting for my refund. They said it was signed for but unless the box has hands then that is a lie!!!

I ordered a couple of things and within…

I ordered a couple of things and within 8 minutes I felt uncomfortable after reading other people’s reviews so I went ahead and asked to cancel the order. Their response was that it should have been within 24 hours which I obviously did. Then they said they they sent the request to another department and then after that ignored all off my emails and stayed with my money. I never received my package either. I am trying to make sure this is reported to the right agencies to make sure this gets investigated and I can get my money back.

products are amazing …

The products you have available are amazing very talented work and intricate details. The process was straight forward only thing I found was when viewing items it was in British pounds but at checkout it came up in dollars so slightly off putting as having to check it was correct amount but all in all very good

Viking clothing

Website was well designed and formatted easy to navigate designs are beautiful but have yet to receive any articles of clothing to determine the quality..... okay about 2 weeks later received our order. No like other reviews it is not as it looks in the pictures on the website it is not knitted it is not plush.
How did the three things I ordered from me and my wife three of them was to size and one was Miss marked was not 2XL by any means it was small but my wife loved it, even though it was something I had ordered for myself.
At the end of the day you get what you pay for and anyone who expected to see the quality that is advertised in the pictures on the website for the price point you pay here. Not reality Three out of five stars.

What a disappointment (Update)

What a disappointment. Having waited weeks, finally received the jumper I ordered for my wife. Result - a poor quality fabric and poor quality and badly set print - nothing like it is portrayed on their website. Highly expensive for what it is and can only think of it as a scam and lesson learned. Keep well away from these people.
Having received a response from Vichics I suspect their response is one of the choices offered by TrustPilot AI. The fact is, the garment is well below the quality advertised (I would upload pictures if I could) and this is backed up by the significant negative reviews out of 1077 - average 2.2 stars - greater number 1 star. I can get better quality on Etsy for less, without delivery charges and UK made. This slip of judgement on my side having been beguiled by their AI produced advert, I have to accept and forego the money spent - for I do not believe they will resolve the problem.

What i ordered was nothing like the…

What i ordered was nothing like the picture. It was cheap and nasty. When I asked for my money back they offered me a voucher. I refused this stating I didn't want to buy anything else and again asked for a full refund. After weeks for them to deal with i have now been informed their bank account is now temporarily frozen while they deal with multiple transactions. Would never deal with them again

My brother's birthday was coming up

My brother's birthday was coming up. I thought a good sweater might be nice. The pictures seemed of quality. Got the item and it was of such poor quality I thought this must be a truly brazen seller. Unfortunately, I had not searched for reviews of their products prior to buying. Big mistake. Now I'm in a email conversation with them about me returning the item. They want pictures that show how the 2X they sent me is barely even a Medium. Unbelievable!
