Vector Air Avis

Perfect communication, from office on order to delivery driver!

Just terrific service after a shakey start. All at Vector Air especially Julia and Craig couldn't want for a finer service and after care.

I ordered a few small things from Vector, unfortunately the inner part of the cleaning kit wad damaged. But a quick email to them and they sent me new piece straight away. Can't recommend Vector Air enough.

Genuine enthusiast trader with reasonable prices and prompt delivery. Never yet had a poor experience.

Excellent service and communication,highly recommend

Very easy to place an order.
If unsure just ring them, they're always happy to help.
Reasonable prices and postage.
Items always arrive well packed and always quickly.
Good communication re order and postage.
I've never had a problem yet.
Have used they're home delivery service which was excellent.

Great product at the right price. You do have to file down the screws on the adaptor plate aa they are too long.

Warm friendly welcome from Karl. Click and collect quite useful as I am local and a pleasant drive up to Ollerton is always welcome. Goods were exactly as described and at a reasonable price.
Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I was kept informed every step of the way

Outstanding all round service. I have purchased many times from this excellent company and can highly recommend their products and services. Communication is fantastic, Julie always responds in a timely and informative manner. Products are competitively priced, always checked, well packaged and quickly dispatched. The restricted items delivery by Craig is excellent, always on time having received a text 30 mins before arriving. From my many experiences I can highly recommend Vector Air and thank them for the outstanding service they provide.

Matched Vector Air's Orion Max 3-18x44 HD FFP scope to my Weihrauch HW80K. Perfection! However, whilst the included mounts are high quality, they don't fit the scope to the rifle's 10mm dovetail, so some medium (30mm) Hawke 9-11mm Match Mounts had to be ordered. The Orion's 44mm objective lens sits close to the rifle barrel, and its weight is barely noticeable. The optics have excellent clarity, and the reticle is clear without any intrusiveness. There's battery powered illumination for the centre dot if needed. Also, a useful zero-stop function. At the current price point, it offers much to be commended. Vector Air processed the order promptly, and I received it in 3 working days.

Quick and efficient sorting my order, really helpful in the ahop when collecting it. Good knowledge and excellent customer service

Pleased with item ' would have given 5 stars if I'd known about extra costs for tax.

Very helpful staff ,as new to air guns the manual is very poor.(too small print and not enough information) l had to make extra 2 120mile trips to store to how it the gun worked.

Not a bad price, fast service and very quick delivery. Brilliant.

What can I say.couldent have been made more welcome staff were very friendly and helpfull.shop was verry well stocked and my purchase was better than expected. Overall a great experience and would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy air guns be it rifle or pistol
