I had a trip planned and was hoping to get my goggles before I left, they delivered! Not only were they very helpful with fast responses through email but the delivery was extremely fast!!! I definitely would recommend anyone to use this company what a great crew they have working there.

It's rare to be treated like an actual person nowadays, but Nightfox were quick to respond to my email and genuinely seemed to care. Rebecca in product support was brilliant.

The device I purchased is a fantastic piece of kit, but was having an issue with the focus wheel. They provided labels to return the original device, then sent a replacement in a matter of days.

Excellent customer service repairing a couple of older nightfox models which had some issues with the screw thread.

Rebecca and the customer service team at Nightfox are fantastic. I've got 8 Whiskers and they are always so quick to respond if I have any questions or technical issues. They replaced a faulty machine in just a few days without any quibbles. I would recommend Nightfox and will continue to rely on them for some of our equipment.

It was great but I wish the field of view was wider Instead of it just being a rectangular little view.

I love the infra red torches, and will be probably buy more. For me I would prefer if the bezel for narrow to wide beam turned more easily as when I am out filming it can be difficult to suddenly use two hands to change the beam on the 850nm pro.
The idea of free postage is great and appreciated.

This is about my 4th purchase from Nightfox as well as winning a NV Spotter in a competition a while back. Every product I've had is great quality , well priced and has always arrived quickly.
My latest buy is a Prowl NV monocular from their refurbished section and it came looking and working like brand new.

Equipment that punches above its price for quality. Delivery and customer services are quick and efficient. Items are packed well for delivery.

The Nova was delivered many days earlier than Nightfox thought they could manange and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.
Customer Service is still as excellent as ever and Rebecca has given me great advice on the best way to use the Nova, in particular the use of a splitter to be able to listen to a bat detector at the same time as recording audio to the Nova.

Purchasing an item was easy. Delivery soon followed.
