Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who took pains to demonstrate and explain things carefully. The shop is also well stocked with good displays.
Most companies can deliver quickly and accurately. What separates great companies is how they respond to problems. I bought an air gun from Vector air recently, that developed a fault very soon... Voir plus

At first the on line form wouldn’t accept my postal code so I messaged Vector Air who got back to me within 20 minutes, I tried again and placed my order, the following morning I received a message saying my order was on its way.
It arrived within the 5-7 days, super service and can really recommend Vector Air and will definitely use them again.

Top customer service
Made a online order for delivery and was kept upto date. Delivered by Tina who was really nice. Unfortunately due to my own fault i had ordered a Reximex Lyra and not a Reximex Lyra K which was what I wanted. Emailed the company and explained i had made a mistake and had a quick reply saying they would exchange the Lyra for the Lyra K. So had a little trip to the shop and got it exchanged and had the scope fitted while i was there. Really friendly couple of lads in the shop who really know their stuff. I would highly recommend using Vector Air, lovely people, nice little shop and great customer service - keep up the excellent work guys.
