Dress did not and i wanted to return but was not able to get good number, Called the number I had for company and was not a good number

I waited two months for my package to arrive I even sent them emails trying to get updated on when it was coming and my tracking says that it was delivered when it never was. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!!

I ordered 2. I received 2, 1 as expected and one was some cheap knock off you would get an temu. Contacted service support and was assured they would send a replacement. Month later no bonnet. Emailed again no response, emailed 3 times in total. No response. They are dodgy. If you get right item well done, but don't expect a refund or replacement.

Love the style, material, colour choices, but the straps are a hard one, I don't like the bonnet to sit too tight on my head and as a tummy sleeper I can't have the knot at the front, but I don't tighten the straps, they are not long enough to tie them at the back. Like 5 extra cm would be great :D But I get that everyone head is different and you can't please everyone :)

Better than most however I'm still having issues. If I tie the bonnet tight enough for it to stay on my head, my ears hurt. If I tie it a little looser, I wake up with it on my pillow. Also, no matter how I try to tie the bow, I have the tails hitting me in the face. If, I try to tie the bow in the back, then I have an uncomfortable knot on my neck. I do like that straps are a different material than the bonnet because it helps the bow stay in place after it's tied better than other bonnets I've ever tried. Ultimately, I think that my hair may be too long and might be adding additional weight causing some of the problems. I don't think this bonnet was meant for 3 feet of hair. I do like the bonnet and I hope to have more success with it after a haircut.

I ordered back in April and a month later never received my order. I contacted customer support and they assured me it had shipped. Another month later, still had not received my order. I finally told them I wanted a refund and they told me they would process it. On June 18th. Still have not received my refund. Reached out today and they yet again told me they processed my refund on their end and to check with my bank. I checked my bank and even searched their name up and had ONE transaction from when I purchased. The customer service is trash and I feel like I've been scammed. I will never order from them again.

The product was exactly what I was expecting. I have worn one every night and my hair is less tangled.

Beautiful colors and stay on all night!!! I have just past wait length hair. I wrap it in a bun (no hair tie) and put the bonnet on. So easy!

I love my bonnet! I have curly, frizzy, dry, usually unmanageable hair.. It helps with my frizz, my hair is softer, and when I wake up I no longer look like Oscar the grouch! My hair has become much easier to manage since I started sleeping with it on! Getting ready in the morning used to take me forever just with my hair alone, but now I only need to do a few touch ups and I'm ready to go! If you get one you won't regret it!

I have night sweats, this product has made sleeping so much cooler my neck stays dry. Lol and my hair is so shiny ✨️

These are the only bonnets I found that stay on all night, even with my CPAP mask on top

love the ties. stays on all night and hair is beautiful in the morning. brought 2, (1) for home and (1) for the suitcase.

The ties keep it on all night. The fabric keeps my hair from getting overly messed or breaking from friction and movement. It’s comfortable on my head and it doesn’t make my head hot.

Is there some way to keep them in place I have tried to tie them at the back and the top I do have long hair just with they would stay put

I absolutely love this bonnet, my hair has never been this soft. There's no more frizz I love it. Also the fact it ties is a big plus for me because I dance in my sleep lol. Amazing bonnet definitely try it for yourself too!

I am amazed at how much better my hair is. My husband even commented on how much better my hair looks lately!
