It’s been over a month and I have not received anything. Bogus tracking info. Now they want me to pay even more shipping, no way. Scam company!!

They have emailed me saying they were going to ship out a replacement, since I have never received mine. Claimed they could get it to me quickly. All lies. They have done nothing.

Don’t bother with this company. Amazon sells real silk bonnets that stay in place all night and it takes less than a week for shipping (with prime)

No order ever received. Bogus tracking number given. Been over 2 weeks since order. No response from company. Buyer beware!

Not gonna lie, I saw these on Instagram and Facebook and with my hair being one of the only things I love about myself and being told so many times I should sleep with a bonnet, my husband got me 3 of them, as there was a deal going on for black Friday. Took a while to get here and the tracking info was lacking in giving information but I was delighted when they came! Wearing it the first night, I can't with the bow in the front and the website offers no tutorials for their products specifically and youtube was different companies but similar styles. I found a way that works for me but when sleeping, it slid off a little. Figured it was because I didn't secure my hair or something so I used some hair ties to help give my flat hair some volume and stuff while I slept, whelp, she came right off 3 times in the middle of the night. I'm kinda upset my husband paid almost 50$ for 3 bonnets that might not be a good fit for me, even though their ads say they don't come off

Well, it took a century to get the bonnets, and yes it's shipped from China. When they get it to the US they slap an American looking label on it. They're not silk, polyester satin no lables that reflect what comany they come from, which to me is bad a sign. That being said they do protect my hair, however they're just average cheap satin polyester bonnet. Nothing to write home about. I did receive my order so I was happy about that. I won't recommend. Do your research if it's too good to be true, it is too good to be true. You get what you pay for.

You have to tie it hard to keep it in place, which is uncomfortable, but the worst part? It stained my pillow cases.

Not silk, priced as if it was

Have not received the items but when I asked company a direct question, they will not reply with a straight answer. They answer with misleading information. I have canceled my order. They told me it has already shipped ( I call it a lie). So now I will have to wait weeks for delivery (if it ever arrives) and then have the hassle of jumping through hoops to return order. Then weeks for it to get back to them before I get my refund.

I wish I could review, but I never received the package and trying to track down what happened has been left to me, which between Velanico and USPS is like herding cats. Velanico customer service not helpful and take lots of prompting to respond. Do not order from this company.

I ordered this for my daughter, it said it was delivered. It was NEVER delivered. I contacted velanico They suggested I contact the post office, I did, the post office has no idea what type of tracking number I was given. They told me To check around the mailbox and around my doors (Do you think that that was not done first?) . I tried contacting the company again. Why is it that there is no phone number to contact this company? I’m so disappointed. I had high hopes, but I think this was a scam.

Never received the product. It says it was delivered, but certainly not to me. never got an order confirmation or shipping notification. I hope they enjoyed my $30.

Update: The product was delivered just to my neighbor mailbox (not the company's fault). Looks like it took 2-3 weeks for delivery. But still never received an order confirmation or shipping notification.

I love my silk bonnet! Since I've been wearing it, my hair feels super soft in the morning when I take it off, and it lays so much nicer. I'm very pleased with my purchase and definitely recommend!

Amazing! I've never used a bonnet before and I'm embarassed to admit, it was their IG ad with the woman saying "nobody cares that you're not black, just get a bonnet" that convinced me to try it. Until then I really did think they were just for people with that hair type. I'm a white girl with long, frizzy beachy-wavy-curly hair. When I don't blow dry it straight, it needs a lot of "help" to look ok in its natural curly state... and then the next morning I have to start all over again with soaking wet hair just to make it look presentable because I wake up looking like the floor of a sorority house on Sunday morning. So after that ad I decided to try it, with lots of skepticism because 1) I sleep hot, and 2) I sleep wild and figured it wouldn't stay on and 3) I sleep wild so won't my painstakingly molded curls get messed up anyway? But I was wrong... idk what kind of sorcery this is but my hair looks great when I wake up! Curls intact! No frizz!! And I'm not hot overnight! And it's still on! This is a huge win for me, and a game changer. P.S. there are comments on social about "I'm waiting so long to get mine, it's taking forever" but chill ladies... Amazon has everyone thinking their stuff can be there the next day. Mine took about a week or a little more, and it was worth the wait.

My silk bonnet arrived today. It's absolutely beautiful. Black on the outside and red inside. Finished to a high standard. It's just perfect and it's so beautiful and decadent. Delighted with it.

Has a superb customer service!

Nothing on the website lists this is shipping from China. Tracking, once ordered, is in Chinese and currently I am 10 days waiting to see it even picked up from the point of origin.

That being said, upon arrival I will update if it is silk, if it actually stays on, etc.

It’s Just Okay…
The bonnet really isn’t anything special. I didn’t have any shipping issues, but they definitely sent me a color I didn’t order. I’m not even going to try to remedy that given the customer service complaints I’ve heard about.
I’ve slept in the bonnet for a few nights now- I can confirm, it is NOT silk. It’s a mid-quality satin, l however this is my first ever bonnet so I can’t vouch for how much of a difference it’ll make for my white girl hair! So far, it’s done an okay job.

Well, along with every other review the bonnets took FOREVER to arrive, came from china, all just to not be silk. I’m actually really disappointed in this, and I guess I’ll have a go and the non existent customer service about sending them back. Kind of wary after seeing a review that sent them back and never received a refund. I was pretty excited about this one too 😞

When my items were going to be a little late, I received an email letting me know. It also included a future discount code. My bonnets came only a day or two later!

The bonnets look nice, but they don't stay on unless you tie them tightly enough to give you a thumping headache. I know this because my bonnets arrived yesterday, it's now 3.30am and I can't sleep because this stupid bonnet won't stay on. It's also rubbed my baby hairs around my hairline to a frizzy mess. Don't buy! Giving one star for the pretty colours.
