Velcy Avis 

After carefully checking the size guide, I ordered 3 large velcy comfort tanks in different colours for women post Mastectomy. My initial thought was that they felt a lot more comfortable than all the different bras that I have tried since my double mastectomy and I still think that it is comfortable on the chest and rib areas where I normally experience discomfort (compared to other mastectomy bras). However, I’m tall (5’11’’) and the bottom of the tank keeps riding up to just below my ribs….and no, I’m not overweight. The other issue is that the pockets are too small to take my prosthetics and so I had to wear it as a vest. Needless to say that after all the hype, I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be buying any more.

After spending countless minutes trying to find the opening to insert my own prosthesis, I contacted Velcy with my frustrating experience. However they responded immediately within minutes with a video that explained in explicit details how to find the opening that I was missing. I understand why they make it so discreet as to give a more natural smooth look. I found it, I am wearing it and I'm going to order at least one or two more. Thank you Velcy... it's a great product highly recommend it. I had my double mastectomy 18 years ago this coming week, and have not been happy with any bras or prosthesis that I inserted. After 18 years and having to lose my DD boobs you help make me feel feminine again...thank you Velcy!,😊

I do not have my masectomy until November but I purchased 3 tanks in preparation. I am very small breasted and can not get bras to fit so wear bralettes so these are ideal. i will be ordering more.

Buyer beware. Do your research. The sizing is completely off. Runs very small. Doesn't look like the product advertised. Now they are giving me the run around about returning them. It looks like I waisted $78.95 on a scam company. They took a long time to arrive. They were shipped from overseas. Pretty sure the company is based there.

I ordered mastectomy camisole and was very please with the product. I did have a question about inserting the prosthesis. They were very helpful with this questions as well as other questions I had. I would definitely recommend them and appreciated the kindness they offered in customer service.

Great product and does the job well. I live in Florida and it is uncomfortably hot. I have cut the body from the bra top and so far it is working well.

I have worn my tank top for five days now, I’m not a dirty person, just love it too much to take off. It’s in the wash today. So much softer than a bra, especially under my arm where I had the operation to remove the dog ears. Also no straps to adjust. I have ordered six more on the offer of 3 plus 3 free. Won’t go back to bras. The customer service was brilliant too x

The ordering system on their website was easy. They arrived not long after ordering and I am so pleased with them, I am going to order some more..its the 1st time in 2 years I have worn a bra type top over my radiation scar. They have given.me my confidence back. I cried with relief when I put them on. So soft so supportive.

Love the product so comfortable to wear all day and looks good under my clothes

Outstanding customer service. Very helpful - took time to get sizing right for me. The product is the best I have tried in the 10 years of looking to find a better option. Love the material and the feel. Can wear all day long with out any discomfort. Friends are even purchasing due to its comfort rather than wearing a bar. Thank You Velcy for making a fantastic product.

Unfortunately I am sending it back to exchange from a medium to a large and cannot wait to get the larger size as soon as I tried it on I could tell it would be better than all of the rest of my useless bras. 6th get to the point of not wanting to attend any functions. I am very excited to receive the larger one.

I have had a mastectomy and this tank is great for holding in a light filler, however my protheisa is too heavy to use.

I feel the advertisement is misleading..reaching out to “flatties”. I don’t plan on using a prosthesis. The cups do not come out so wearing it is uncomfortable and the cups collapse and I am constantly checking to see if they are even. The material is great but I am flat.

The top came in a very cheap plastic bag and no paperwork included. There were no openings in the top to enable to put in my prosthesis. The top looks nothing like the one shown on Instagram. Very thin fabric.

I received my order in time. The tank top is wonderful, as it is long enough to be tucked in and it doesn't bunch up at the waist. The fabric is very soft and light. I just love them! Too bad they do not come in a V-neck.

I never received the 2 I ordered.

I was pleasantly surprised as it is very comfortable, the only fault is the zip which is hard to pull up , other than that it’s trying to get an even balance as maybe a lighter prosthesis.
When sorted I think I will definitely buy more.

Quality is lovely, very soft. Fit is really true to size

This tank would not hold my prosthetic. The cup is for women with smaller breast. I thought no worries I just wear it how it comes. Nope looked very small on the side where I have no breast. Would not buy again.
