Rubbish! Ordered a Laura geller make up set received some generic box of makeup not even a pretence at being what I ordered. When I complained they originally said send pics and we will refund you. I did that and was then told the item isn’t damaged therefore we can’t refund you - it was not the item I ordered! Avoid this company at all costs complete scam

Velthek are scammers, avoid like the plague! Paid for the product, didn't receive goods.

If I could give minus one I would. Purchased the mini cpap machine which is unfit for purpose, doesn’t fit, falls out after 10 seconds, now despite numerous emails asking for a refund I am told to persevere they’re obviously con artists (“completely understand my concerns, we’re here to help” BS). It came in a shitty envelope with shoddy Chinese instructions in a box that took three weeks to arrive from China. I wish I’d searched for reviews beforehand but you don’t do you! I do wish we weren’t duped like this so much nowadays. It’s just so crappy. So I’m now gonna post this wherever I can.

Absolutely useless, can't even stay inside the nose, falls out immediately. The thing has two little fans inside which can certainly not help at all with anything, especially snoring! Don't fall for this scam!

The CPAP nose thing is useless. When you want to return it, you are put through numerous emails suggesting ineffective and sometimes ridiculous suggestions to make it work. Eventually, if you persist, you'll get offered a 30% refund. When you decline that they offer a 50% refund and suggest you give it to a friend! I did get 100% refund in the end but it was hard work.

Con artists, do not buy anything from them! I suggest others contact Shopify and notify them that this company is using their services to scam people. They also seem to be related to a company called Korstal. Velthek keep trying to refuse my return and offering me a % back while advertising “money back guarantee” on their website. What they are doing is definitely illegal and they should be ashamed.

Robbing C-U-Next-TuesdayS!!! The product itself is absolutely useless, it does not stay in your nose as it's too heavy, it's super noisy, the air flow is not adequate.. just do not buy it, and trust me when I say, the returns procedure is more of a headache than what you get from a heavy night's snoring!!

I requested a full refund and the returns address as the product was of no use.. they offered me a 30% partial refund and to keep the product. I said no, and asked again for their address and a full refund.. they offered me a 50% partial refund and to keep the product. Several emails later and after losing my cool, reminding them of their returns policy on the website, I once again said no and asked for a full refund. They agreed to send me the returns address for a refund once they received pics of the product. Pics sent, address received. Only, the address isn't a business address, it's someone's private property completely unrelated to Velthek!! The address they gave me was:

Just noticed on another person's review that this is a different "returns address" than the one they received! The company is a scam and needs to be avoided as well as reported! £25 a pop, profitting from hundreds of people.. it all adds up!
Disgusting cretins, can only hope karma catches up with them before the police do!

I purchased the anti snoring device. They charged my card but never sent any email or device. Their email is bouncing back. its a hoax company. Would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

I would give it no star if I could. Avoid. There product Micro CPAP is useless. I tried to get a refund with there 30 day money back guarantee. Joke. They gave useless advice to keep it in my nose. Would never work. Then offered 30% refund, the 50%. STILL NO REFUND...IT'S ON ITS WAY FOR 2 MONTHS. THEY ARE USELESS PRODUCTS AND COMPANY....AVOID

How I wish I read these reviews before I ordered,the snore aid I received for my husband is absolutely useless,They say if your not satisfied you can return it and get 100% refund,they are liers and thieves,you won’t get a refund and after a few emails they ignore you please do not order from these fraudulent people they are quite disgusting it shouldn’t be allowed.

Purchased the 2 anti snoring devices Oct 23. This is the worse purchase I have made for our snoring. On hindsight I should have used common sense as the device is not suitable when sleeping. There are no straps to keep it in place and it does not stay in place unless you are a back sleeper. Please do not waste your money on this stupid item it is battery operated and does not give a significant airflow for sleep apnoea. The most useless item we have experienced and a total waste of money. Unfortunately I kept thinking it would work and kept trying this useless bit of equipment for over six months. Have now decided to throw it in the bin.

If I could review with zero stars I would. Absolutely useless and so are the company with their "Moneyback Guarantee" which they don't want to do...!

I've now disputed this with my credit card as they won't refund. (At least I got refunded by my credit card company)

SAVE YOUR MONEY and ignore this useless lot.

Micro CPAP sleep apnea machine for travel from Velthek.

Brought two of these as they promise better sleep, should have looked into the reviews not website rubbish.
What a load of SH?T I asked for a full refund within the 30 days money back guarantee and all I get from 10 emails back and forth try it again charge it up, have it tight against nose. All rubbish to not pay out

MY NAME IS JEAN OF WEST BROM I ORDERED THE CPAP SINCE THE 02JULY ONLY ARRIVED ON TH 15TH JULY defective rubber plus more expensive than Temu Jooom Voda Shein Amazon etc plus IT DOES NOT FIT IN MY NOSE KEEPS DROPPING OUT i had to write several emails for me to get satisfaction to return the pkge Today 17TH JULY hoping that i shall get my refund both for postage £3.89 plus £24.00 i paid... if not my lawyers are ready to act just for that small refund ....I am Not Joking as my Aunt works with The Council here and advises me who to go to and What to do also Plus There is The Fraud Dept to call....ohh yesssssssssssssssssss not good prodiuct for a big price and worst of all their adrress is not to be found at all VELTHEK DOES NOT EVEN EXISTS...

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Worst company ever had to deal with , they are scammers, product is useless and won't refund , lead you on a merry dance of emails, ignore your requests and instructions.
Product is cheap and nasty, complete waste of money. Anti snore device broke after 2 uses, so requested money back, after about 3 emails explaining it wont switch on they wanted a video for their technical team, to show it wasn't working. After repeated chasing told me they send replacement and not a refund, waited another 3 weeks for this to be delivered, used once and that broke... suprise, suprise they now ignore my emails . UPDATE: I Used another email address to ask why they were ignoring me 🤣🤣, eventually after more ping pong emails and being told to return both broken products, , said they would refund the packaging they did eventually refund the original cost of the product, but not the postage, but then also had an email from a gentleman who received my return , at a private residential house, who explained he had also a similar problem with a similar sounding company.. so looks like if your are persistent to get your return they then attack you with sending all their returns to your home address, I'm now expecting to receive packages at my home address. PLEASE AVOID, AVOID .

Con artists,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY bought a CPAP nose thing from them charging only lasted 4 hours I like most people sleep about 7 to 8 hours a night so not much good,applied for refund offered 30% said no offered 50% said no so they offered 100% but I had to send back tracked delivery £8.00,got my refund for the item but the item has just been returned to sender (me) not at the address they sent me.they are obviously determined that I should pay something even if not to them .
