DONT buy from these people! We ordered 1 and then got the discount to buy another! Package arrived and both boxes empty! Took it up with the company and they asked for pictures! We sent them and the response I got was the weight on the package confirms that the standard weight is correct and the boxes count have been empty!

Ordered online for the device that allegedly helps with sleep apnea. Still waiting. It’s only coming from Scotland I believe. Since I ordered this I’ve had other goods delivered from Edinburgh from a different company. Delivered in 2 days. What’s the problem ??

Don’t, this is a 50pence product pretending to be a medical device.

I had a terrible experience.
The device didn't work for me, it was hopeless.
I asked for details on how to return it and take advantage of the "Money Back Guarantee"; what a joke that was. Email after email and they keep fobbing me off.

I've dated the experience as 28/04/2024 but it's sill ongoing because they won't refund me.

Further to my earlier review, Velthek ‘eventually’ provided me with a return address - only after 4 requests and my threat to raise a dispute with my credit card company.

In keeping with a few other reviews here however, the address proved to be fake - because the recipient at a private household called me (using number enclosed in the package) to ask why I had sent my parcel to him.

Turns out by chance that knew of them and had also been the victim of their returns scam too, and had lost £100.

At least Amex refunded me and will take up the challenge of chasing them up for a refund of the payment now.

We bought 2 machines, I wish I had read the genuine reviews as the company only displays positive ones. The machines do not sit in nose properly I tried both in a large and a medium nose, they fall out, the rubber stinks, advised to use a piece of paper, still smells and the machine is not powerful enough to generate air flow. Basically a waste of money, very unimpressed.

Most dishonest company, I cancelled my order straight away, all emails were ignored, I sent at least 6, this item was reviewed on BBC con or cure featuring Dr Xand van Tulleken as a con.

I would give zero if I could, the 5 star review on the companies website are clearly fake.

I had the last laugh, got a chargeback via my bank as I had nowhere to send the device back to.

Stay clear and consider charge back if you have ordered.

Please do not send your items to the return address its not there business address its a private property which im getting fed up with these bloody things turning up every week please do not send to the CT20NR post code Many thanks DS

If I could give a 0, I would have. Ordered a product online, never received the order number and paid for the product. Tried to call the number on the website, and surprise...surprise it is an invalid number. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I wish I would have read the reviews

Absolute con this company are a joke ordered on the 6 Feb it's 19th Feb and still not received purchase this is meant to be a uk based company will update with what will be crap product once it's delivered

Complete rip off!! Ordered these and when I tried to use it, it couldn’t even blow out a match!! What they are meant to do to stop snoring is a mystery. The item is too heavy to stay placed in your nostrils. Wish I had checked this website before I ordered!!

They don't deserve the 1 star! Item is useless (anti snore devise) and when I've emailed for a return address they have ignored me. I've tried to find their address to return the item to no avail. Terrible!

Please don't waste your money - this item just doesn't make any attempt to do what it claims - a total waste of money. Even if it did work - it us too heavy to stay in the nostrils - it just falls out with the slightest movement. Really tried it for a few hours, then threw it away and wrote off the expense. Please don't be tricked in to making the same mistake as me. Also, their website shows a number of 5 star reviews - I tried leaving a review several times, but it didn't allow me to submit it. I suspect it would have let me if I'd have selected 5 stars

Please please dont purchase from this company ! I ordered a snoring item wihch they advertise online,only to learn that it has been delivered to a wrong address.They tried blaming Royal Mail but I guess this is something they do so that they can retain the item.I have tried contacting them for refund only to receive annoying emails one after the other.Deeply regret and would advice anyone not to buy from this company,better purchase from Amazon.

Terrible company to deal with, I made an order and paid. I then realised I could get the same product £20 cheaper elsewhere. I contacted company straightaway and explained I’d made a mistake and I would like we to have a refund. I was told to wait another week. This company sent me a cheap plastic defective item which they advertise as an item to reduce snoring. Its expensive at approx £25. It is not fit for purpose. I contacted them to tell them this is a cheap useless item and not as advertised. They said if i returned item to them which was costing me £6.50 to return, that they would refund my postage costs.
They never have, they keep saying its with their refund dept waiting on a decision. They blatantly told me to return it and they would pay postage costs. I have this is writing. They dont care, they have lied to me and in my opinion are trading in breach of their own policies and procedures and lying to who they call valued customers. BEWARE at all costs. DONT buy from them

Parcel took long time, it was delivered to wrong address and I asked them to find out where it is, was told it was delivered and I am to find out myself where is gone to. Disgusting service and font want to help, never will use them again
