Bad policy
I would have been very pleased except for one thing. I was online filling everything out and making the payment and unbeknownst to me, Veriheal was calling at the same time. I immediately called back after submitting my form and payment, and was told that they were calling to give me a $49 coupon but they couldn’t honor it now because I already made the payment. I find that to be ridiculous. Why wouldn’t you offer the coupon on your website? As a senior citizen, I would have appreciated the $49 coupon very much. I hope you will consider changing how you do that so that others don’t lose out on the opportunity to save much needed money.
UPDATE: it is true that there will be a credit to my account, however, the credit will not take place for another YEAR when I renew!!

Not happy
I paid for an appointment for recertification. I had to message Veriheal to remind them to let my doctor know to put my recertification through. The doctor did that a few days later however she put the wrong allotment amount. This caused me to have a negative balance with the state of Maryland. I'm unable to purchase anything. This is causing me to be unmedicated and in a lot of pain.

Doctor was almost impossible to hear on video call and I got at least 3 emails about promo codes after I'd already used a link provided by a rep to schedule and complete my appointment, and received more emails after responding that I'd already completed.

The 2nd doctor and very first man I spoke with were very helpful. The first doctor I waited 45 minutes and he never showed. However the most unpleasant part of that experience was the girl veriheal worker when I called to inform about the doctor now showing got a very bad attitude with me. I was the one that had to show compassion and restraint as if I was the one working customer service and she was the customer who was done wrong. She sounded like she was having a bad night and took it out on me and when I kept my cool she came back around to acting “professional”

The doctor performed a thorough assessment of my medical and prescription experiences and discussed the need for a pharmacist assisting with a dosage perfect for my particular needs. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about helping me.

Had my appointment on October 7th my renewal date was October 8th it took until October 10th for my provider recommendation to be updated in the Maryland MMCC website meaning I couldn’t purchase medical until then. Was emailing back and forth with a person named Ana and after 2 days of trying to rectify the problem she just stopped responding to my emails! Worst experience with Veriheal since 2021! Might be looking for a new provider!!!
