Had my appointment on October 7th my…
Had my appointment on October 7th my renewal date was October 8th it took until October 10th for my provider recommendation to be updated in the Maryland MMCC website meaning I couldn’t purchase medical until then. Was emailing back and forth with a person named Ana and after 2 days of trying to rectify the problem she just stopped responding to my emails! Worst experience with Veriheal since 2021! Might be looking for a new provider!!!

The doctor was very nice and professional. He had read my history thoroughly. He was the same physician that I spoke to upon moving to New York a year ago, and applying for my medical card.
I strongly recommend this service.

Do you see while I was shining up for this service? The company called me directly, and I talked to them. And I could not understand the woman due to her heavy accent and not being able to talk loud enough for me to hear You. I thought the $49 was the whole cost of the program, not a discount from a 199. Dollars as soon as she explained to me. After I already gave her my credit information, I realized there was a mistake and I told her I wanted to cancel this completely. And this still has not been done. I'm waiting to hear back me. Your company for reimbursement for my $150. I was told the doctor would have to prove it and I have not heard of things since then. I have never heard from a doctor even though I was told it was approved by a doctor or whatever services linked to the doctor that I was approved. I have talked to no one else.
