I had an appointment and new card ordered within an hour of my phone call
My new card arrived the week.
Love the reminder text when it's time for my new card.
Only wish they had a discount for senior citizens.

I had paid for the wrong appointment and someone called and helped me schedule the appointment that I needed for the same day and I was able to be seen by a doctor the same day they called I have been a customer since 2022 and never have any problems and the doctors are always so nice and i love the fast appointments

After my interview with doctor
After my interview with doctor, I was told in the next 24hrs I would be contacted and given a PIN number, but that never came.
My newly minted card hasn’t arrived and I still haven’t been able to purchase medical marijuana because of this.
Please help!
