After my interview with doctor
After my interview with doctor, I was told in the next 24hrs I would be contacted and given a PIN number, but that never came.
My newly minted card hasn’t arrived and I still haven’t been able to purchase medical marijuana because of this.
Please help!

Medical card renewal …
This is my fourth renewal of my medical card. The last three were great experiences. This time the doctor left me hanging and never joined the meeting. I had to contact Veriheal to get it sorted out. I was waiting for an hour. Not a huge deal but I ended up having to push back my next appointment.

You didn’t actually send in the certification. I went to the dispensary to find out that after 2 weeks, you still hadn’t renewed my Rx. This is the second time this has happened with my his company and I may not be renewing through you in the future. You messed up, I gave you a second chance and you used it to mess up again.

They are quick to respond when you are in need of customer service. Appointments go smoothly and quickly. They always let you know well ahead of time, multiple times, when your card or prescription are about to expire. The communication is great. I would not use anyone else for my medical marijuana card. Hands-down the best.

I renewed with Veriheal two weeks ago
I renewed with Veriheal two weeks ago, and I am still not allowed to purchase from the dispensary because the doctor spelled my name wrong. My efforts to get it worked out and corrected so that I can purchase, have not been remedied and I am still waiting. This is the third time I have renewed with Veriheal, and this continues to be the WORST experience. Customer service is non existent. I still cannot use my card two weeks later.
