Please think twice
I am pointing out my unfortunate horror story of my experience with Verona, Clicklux Flooring,so as people can make an informed decision before purchasing. A lot of thought was put into my beautiful new kitchen and flooring.My builder recommended clicklux with all the plus's and a 20yr guarantee. After 18months I noticed it lifting and the joints separating.I let it go for a little while BUT because it was Trip hazard for my 92 yr old Mother. I put in a claim with Verona( at the beginning of 2026),through Travis Perkins where it was purchased from who also played a big part. I supplied all info asked for .It went in for months !!!!!. Long story short they WOULD NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY, said it was my fitters fault. It has been NOTHING but STRESSFUL!!!!!!. Eventually, as a good will gesture Verona said they'd replace it . TP recommended a fitter and I sought two others. When asked they WOULD NOT fit this type of flooring as they'd had SO MANY PROBLEMS/COMPLAINTS!!!!!. It speaks VOLUMES when 3 fitters said NO !!. I was then left with what to do next. Verona RELUCTANTLY, EVENTUALLY offer me £318.53. The problem is I've just had a quote for £1,450 to have a different type of flooring and it to be laid. Please tell me the fairness in that. Like everyone, money is tight.I've written twice to Verona and once to Travis Perkins and no one has had the decency/curtesy to reply . I'm only a everyday purchaser that believed in a product that would last and was SERIOUSLY let down !!!. The customer service was dreadful with the lack of care,concern, finger pointing ,excuse after excuse and length of time in sorting it out. PLEASE,PLEASE, think twice before purchasing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the flooring, and we appreciate how frustrating the situation has been.
Whilst we are unable to comment on what Travis Perkins may or may not do in relation to your claim, I can advise that Clicklux flooring is supplied with a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s installation requirements being fully adhered to.
Following our assessment, we found that the installation did not meet these requirements, and no manufacturing defect was identified. This type of flooring requires adequate expansion and is not suitable for heavy units to be installed and fixed directly on top of the flooring, as this restricts the floor’s natural movement and expansion.
Despite this, we offered a contribution towards replacement flooring as a gesture of goodwill.
As the flooring was purchased through Travis Perkins, we assisted with the assessment of the manufacturer’s warranty claim and did our best to help reach a positive outcome.
We’re sorry that you feel the service fell short of your expectations, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Bought porcelain tiles from Wickes, Verona being the supplier
Bought porcelain tiles from Wickes. Verona Stone Company was the supplier. They only sent me half my order and refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake claiming that each box contains 2 tiles. It is impossible for that to be true as 1 tile was 60x90 and really heavy already by it`s own. The box also clearly said Quantity 0.54m2 and there was a photo at delivery that clearly showed only 6 boxes on a pallete.
They have no idea what they are selling! Returned the order and waited a month for Wickes to actually get my refund back from them. Not very professional. I actually called Verona myself to try and resolve this and I was told that even if they are the supplier, I have to talk through Wickes, WASTE OF TIME!

Fantastic company , Great products , brilliant service , Bekki is a credit to the company , we visited Verona at the KKB stand today and it surprised us, the stand and quality exceeded our expectations, really excited for aqua panel . The marketing team (katy etc) have done a great job with the brochure it was needed . Deliveries are always quick and in full. And the office answer queries quickly .

Above expectations
We have recently ordered aqua wall (shower panel product) from verona and it has surpassed expectations. The product is carefully wrapped and has fantastic packaging (this has always been an issue with panels from other suppliers) as for the panels, they look and feel like no other shower panel. Best on the market in my opinion.
Bekki has been a great help, a real asset & credit to business.
As far as price point goes, they are brilliant value for money.

Excellent service and quality tiles
I had a very good experience with Verona Tiles. The quality of the tiles is excellent, exactly as described, and the prices are very competitive. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, taking the time to advise and make sure we chose the right products for our project.
Delivery was on time and well organised, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a smooth and professional service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Verona Tiles and will happily use them again in the future.
