Solid Gear and Great Team
The commercial half rack is next level. It's well grounded, extremely sturdy and stands stately awaiting abuse.
I've wanted this for years and finally had the funds to purchase it along with the dip attachment and commercial FID bench. The dip attachment is almost a rack itself! Heavy duty and designed well.
The bench is rock solid and finished very nicely. Very smooth motion when adjusting seat positions.
The team was friendly and the warehouse staff member very helpful assisting me to load my ute.

Epic and Reliable
If I had to choose one truly awful thing when picking one company among hundreds, it would be poor customer service. That’s why Verve really stands out — their customer support is genuinely amazing and incredibly reliable.
These days, we see so many new companies launching and acting like they’ve been around forever, when in reality they’re just getting started. I personally admire modest, grounded businesses. To me, that’s what truly makes a company great — and what helps it stay afloat when challenges arise.
I’ve recently received emails from several newer brands announcing they’re closing down. Social media created a huge spike in new businesses, but customers are much more discerning now. People don’t blindly buy anymore, and in that sense, companies like Verve really shine.
They’ve remained just as excellent as they were at the beginning, thanks to the small details — which may seem minor but are actually huge. At the end of the day, customers are what keep a business alive. Staying humble and customer-focused allows a company to grow sustainably over time.
I 100% recommend Verve. Every single time I’ve had an issue, they’ve gone above and beyond to help me and find a solution. The equipment is top-notch — that’s what first drew me in — but I stayed for the customer service, reliability, and trust they consistently deliver.

Expert assistant and follow up support
Initially I enquired about a product. The first time response answered my questions and also offered me a personalised deal on the product. I did not take up the offered deal at first, then after a few weeks asked if they would still honour the deal and they did. The link in the reply email took me immediately to my shopping cart with the product added. This made my purchase simple nnd fast.
I am very happy with the support I received. I only hope i have ordered in time to receive the product before Christmas :)
