I was having trouble adding my old f2s email to MS Outlook on my new laptop. I emailed The very good email for advice and even though it was late at night I had a full response on how to solve it including a link to download MS Outlook classic within two hours. Worked easily after that.
Have been with Verygoodemail for several years now since retiring our on premis exchange. Service and support has been superb. A great offering that doesn't drag you into Microsoft's costly subscriptions.
We've used Verygoodemail for many years now and they have always been amazing. Some service providers let standards slip over the years, but not Verygoodemail. The service has been super reliable and on the odd occasion where there are issues, support is quick and from technically competent staff, not call centre bods. Servers are UK based, which was important to us from a GDPR perspective.
BEFORE spent years arguing with talk talk business who trashed my company data twice and lost my account details on the dark web told months after breach
THEN it all got moved to the very good email company real people, real support simple competent answers and I have been in IT for over 3 decades
